Love the new organic version
Love the new organic version! Flavor profile and quality of the ready made soups are hands down a solid upgrade. I did however think more things were going to be upgraded.
Would love to see a new/different flavor/style L-bar throughout the days, since it is an every day item. Love the kale almond crackers. Never loved olives until these!! Choco crisp is a nice sweet treat!
This is the first fast I’ve ever done and I’m so happy with it. Have done it 3X. Look forward to maintaining the feeling with the subscription.

This fast was excellent
This fast was excellent. I didn't love all of the foods, but the quality was there. It definitely helped me reset and get on track in order to get my GLP-1 journey going. I really liked having a fast that you actually eat foods with! Much more doable.

A good easy to follow weight loss tool…
Loved how the program was individually packaged by day and very easy to follow. It really did seem to burn fat as advertised and two months later I have kept off the 5 pounds I lost. I feel it did reset my metabolism, as I struggled to lose weight no matter what I did previously.

Started using FMD back in 2018
I started using FMD in 2018 when breast cancer was first found. I used for 6 consecutive months and I found it to be easy and I felt well. I used it every now and then, more to 'clean up my eating' which is easier to do after a 5 day FMD. Once I became metastatic (I'll always wonder if I kept with FMD if I could have avoided that 2nd diagnosis but life if full of 'woulda, coulda, shoulda' questions) I have found that side affects to the infusions are greatly decreased. Now, there are new flavors of soup which I love...and the 1 day fasts which I now do also. I love that I know that I am doing something good...not only for my body, but for my cells! And...it is easy, well researched and well supported with customer service people, texts, videos and FB.
