I had a very good experience with customer service.. I ordered the wrong generation in error. I don't like the tomato soup and customer service responded right away and sent a different flavor . I was very impressed.

feeling tortured for nothing
I felt bloated the entire fast period. And in fact continue to feel bloated now at 4 days post-fast...not as bad as during but much more so than pre-fast! I felt no boost in energy or clarity during or after the fast. My weight is down a whopping 4lb, but my body fat is UP 1% & lean body mass DOWN just 1lb. It feels basically like I tortured myself for nothing!

The online ordering experience was easy and all my questions were answered. The package shipped and arrived quickly. When it arrived, it was beautifully packaged with everything I needed to be successful. Daily tips and encouragement were sent explaining what to expect and how I would feel.
