Hassle free, all work was done by the local company sent to do the work, which were super professional and had it all done the same day. Left necessary paperwork for the inspector that showed up couple of weeks later. Got the same setup for half the price than pervious door to door salesmen. All communication and document signing was done via email/phone.
Had it for 2 years now and no regrets. Paying the same for all, as I would've paid FPL alone.

Lowest prices for the best quality. From beginning to end of installation, Project Solar was efficient and communicative and professional. Great company.

The entire process was professional. I called them and they gave me the most reasonable quote of all the teams I contacted. Then they helped me through the laborious process of getting solar.
When the team came they went OUT of their way to help. We had an old system and they were worried the placement of it was a problem, so they moved the old system and installed the new one without complaining - all with a smile.
Great work and great outcome!

Still waiting on a service call for over a month

Best thing I have done for the house. I put 12 panels in 2016. Added 12 more in 2021.
So glad I went with Project Solar. System was the best pricing of anyone. Customer service is great.
I had another coworker put in a system and I actually received the referral Money. Go solar with them and you won't be dissapointed.

Many Thanks to Project Solar and Melissa for sharing their Wonderful Products with me. Thanks for Standing behind your Products and offering much Useful advice by following up with Questions. Glad I Found Project Solar ,keep up the Good Work.

Customer Service was Great! Took time to answer all of my questions. The Product is wonderful. I searched for months and nothing else seemed to compare to it, And the price isn't bad either. When you compare the number of different types of outlets on this unit to others, Project Solar is supreme. Also, I must mention all of the connection cables you need and the cart is awesome. Project Solar has thought of everything! Best Bang for your Buck!! Best of all, I know I'm ready to provide safe back up power for family when needed. I take comfort in that!

We have called several times, the unit keeps shutting off and they keep running us around in circles. It's supposed to be under warranty or you should say if it don't work you'll be able to send it back well we're waiting for them to send a return order sheet. But we have not seen anything yet.

Customer service is one of the most important part of a successful business. Project solar CS is superb. I can email them and immediately you will get an answer from a person, “a person”.

Great customer service.
Product quality is excellent and it works as advertised
I am using it for my living quarters in my horse trailer. It runs my small fridge, microwave , lights and fan.
During the day I leave the solar panel charging the unit , but it will run what I need for a couple of days even if I don’t put the panel out or it’s a cloudy day

Solid product. Not too expensive, compared to others on the market. Been able to keep my wifi and window AC running during outages (damn power company around here cannot seem to get it together).

I bought a power bank 600 and received a defective unit. After working with customer service, they sent me another defective unit that does the same thing. It has been over a month since support replied despite my multiple messages. They offer a poor product, and I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

My experience with Project Solar has been a nightmare, involving over 160 emails and culminating in a pigeon infestation. I began my project with them in March 2021, initially attracted by their lower prices compared to other solar providers. Initially, everything seemed fine, and I even convinced my father to sign up with them. However, the problems began soon after.

It took six submittals and months for them to pass permitting with the state of Arizona. Once permitting was complete, the pricing became an issue as the initial quote was incorrect, leading to a compromise that still ended up costing slightly more. During installation, they confused my address with my father's, causing further delays and confusion. Additionally, the panels originally quoted were not available, resulting in a smaller system than expected, and critter guard, which was not included in the initial quote, added another $400 to the cost.

Post-installation, I noticed small leaks on my interior walls, which I reported immediately. Project Solar refused to take responsibility, leading to months of unresolved issues. During this time, I also discovered a pigeon infestation due to a 4-inch gap left by the critter guard installed by Project Solar. The nests caused roof damage and leaks during Arizona's monsoon season. After 50 emails, they finally sent someone to address the issue, but the repairs were minimal, and the flood damage inside my home remains unresolved. Moreover, the pigeons have breached the critter guard again.

In summary, do not work with this company.

Overall, I had a good experience with Project Solar. It was the cheapest solar system I found, and I compared them around with over 20 companies. The equipment is top quality and the solar system is working very well! And if we ever need solar again, this is the company we would choose!

Project Solar is awesome! Their prices are super clear, like buying an iPhone, and they help you like a friendly neighborhood store. After 6 months, through a hot summer and a chilly winter, my panels are still perfect!

The only thing was I had to go to city hall for permits because they’re a remote company. But they helped me step-by-step, and it was faster since I did it right away. And they paid me back for it.

Amazing work and well looked after and would recommend them for any work

I am not one to write a negative review. I in fact can not remember the last time I had to do so, but this case warrants it.

Project Solar has been nothing but incompetent and untruthful. The sales person that sold me the project stated the work will take no more than 6 months and all equipment is already in inventory. I was also assured no roof work was needed, and they even had an inspection that stated the same. Now the project hits 2 years where I regularly get price increases. First it was for the panels that now are not in inventory, then it was for the electric panel as their original contractor does not want to do business them. Now after they came and ripped down my roof, they sent me a new price adjustment over 15k without seeking my approval to begin with. In addition, the promised financing is no longer being offered. I had to call them dozens of times and had to offer many corrections due to poor employee training and lack of detail.

Since it has costed me thousands in energy costs. They have also forced me to pay out of pocket for things like permitting twice (once again because a falling with another installer).

I recommend buyers look for another alternative.

Project Solar impressed me with their efficient and transparent service. They skipped the middleman, used industry-standard solar panels, and completed the process, including inspection, in just a month. The panels deliver consistent energy as promised. Their team provided clear cost breakdowns and excellent customer service, with a user-friendly website and a friendly, skilled contractor. Post-installation, they ensured everything was in order.

Project Solar helped move my project along the whole time. They were very prompt at getting things installed and everything happened for a great price. Definitely will use them for other properties in the future.

They are in the business of saving people money, not stealing it to earn commissions like door to door salesman!
Getting into solar was easy and cost effective. I highly recommend Project Solar to all my friends, family and random Internet strangers!
