Our CSM, Fred, is amazing. If I have a question, I just email him and his prompt response and willingness to get on a call to further discuss is a great benefit of using the tool.

The new horizons given through PM to our company leveraged our processes and data analysis.

We canceled our subscription. The base functions are good but it is to limited. We switched to birdviewpsa, MUCH better.

I don't like the tool ...
- The Gantt chart does not work according to required scheduling processes. I have asked about this a number of times and was told it is under development ... for two years!

Very helpful and customizable software, but also very helpful and timely support. They're great and its been a dream to bring them on board in support of our team's goals.

Way too many options on the surface. Ok to have them but on next level of navigation.

Training is too generic. Better to have it tailored to customer. At least use names in the company that the training is for.

Support does not respond to the email questions and “how to documentation” is insufficient.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

It’s trial setup is designed to get payments from you. I registered for a trail and accidentally unregistered 1 hour later due to a confusing and poor interface. Not knowing (received no message) i was charged the full price. Even though this all happened within 1 hour and me informing them they were extremely rude and told me where to go. It was an expensive experience. Any normal company would offer a refund no questions asked. I hope this helps others from becoming another victim to this company.
