I couldn't select zero stars
I couldn't select zero stars. If you are foolish enough to buy a bike from these idiots and say for example it's delivered to you with a wobbly wheel, you the customers have to jump through hoops to prove that you aren't lying and also make resolution aggravating, stressful and slow. This company is a laughing stock to bicycle sales. Run! Run away from this website and this company. Go to a real shop yeah?

I recently purchased two e-bikes and picked them up from the distribution centre in Melbourne. The customer service was outstanding—the delivery person was polite and even helped load the bikes into my car. The bikes themselves exceeded my expectations in quality and performance. Highly recommend!

Great bikes and gear
Great bikes and gear. I’ve ordered it online and it was delivered in a box, it only required a front wheel and a headset fitting. No special tools or knowledge was required, I believe anyone could’ve assembled it with no problems.

Progear bikes were very helpful and the bike was dispatched quickly.
Progear bikes were very helpful and knowledgeable about their bikes. Excellent communication.. Purchased a hybrid ladies bike 26inch and received within 7 days. Assembling the bike was also easy with a very detailed video on line. The bike is perfect particularly for the elderly as it was a step through with heaps of power and easy to operate. Definitely recommend. Richard..
