Some of the items I ordered were no longer available. Without communication Antonis substituted cheaper items of lower quality without any explanation or offer of refund until I contacted him. Even after I initiated a request for a refund of the difference between the items I ordered and the ones I received, and Antonis indicating “I will do the soonest” I still have not received anything. Antonis was quick to process the payment when I placed my order.

Good product

My friend had a bottle of Commandaria Oenou Yi that her daughter had brought home from Greece. It was delicious and beautiful.

I tried to find it everywhere in San Francisco, and then online. ONLY productsfromcyprus.com had it, in all the world online. So I ordered two!

The wait was difficult :) and so I was very excited when they arrived in a bright yellow box.

I had just got back home to the USA and missed the beer from Cyprus so I ordered some from here. I got the beers on perfect condition and in a timely manner for international shipping.

Arrived quickly, taste great. One bag of crisps had exploded but the rest were great.

Terrible service. Do not order from here. I ordered a bbq and it was the wrong colour and all scratched. The seller would not pay for the cost of the return shipping even though I had the wrong product and it was damaged. Apparently a scratched product is acceptable to them. I also purchased shipping insurance but the seller said scratches are not ‘damage’ and I could not make a claim here. If they can not deliver a product internationally without any damage, they should not be selling internationally. Do not waste your time and order from here.
