Great products!! very happy with my purchase

Not too long ago, I gave a tough review for an order that did not meet my expectations (2 stars). Since then, I have experienced the excellent customer experience I have come to expect from Proclamation jewelry. In this latest experience, they completely fixed the issues I had with the prior order. I also ordered a new bracelet, a 6mm diamond cut cable bracelet in yellow gold. It is absolutely beautiful and stunning, and comes with the signature lion & snake clasp. I absolutely love it.
Great job by a great company to keep a repeat customer very happy!

I purchased the large Usurper Gold Skull Pendant with Diamonds. The pendant exceeded my expectations - the attention to details and the diamonds make this really stand out. In my opinion, it is a rare piece that you won't see very often if it all. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

Quality jewelry and great customer service

They sent the wrong piece initially, but worked diligently to get the correct piece back to me asap. Very happy

Pendent was shipped sooner than I expected and the details are extremely superior to all other Pendents weight was spot on I plan on buying more products it was packaged very nicely I would highly recommend worth every penny

The product was as advertised.Just a beautiful celtic cross.

Responsive to emails. Made my pendant in rose gold per my request. Once shipped, it arrived relatively quickly. Packaging was excellent. Highly recommended

Jewelry came fast and the quality was top tier. Pendant has a good weight to it.

I love the product but not so happy with your customer service.

I have nothing but the highest praise for everyone over at Proclamation Jewelry! I’ve ordered several chains from them, and all of them are amazing. The Lion & Snake signature clasp is a true work of art and takes some of their pieces to the next level. I recently ordered the large St. Christopher pendant and it’s a solid chunk of 14kt craftsmanship! It’s unique & awesome. I highly recommend dealing with them. Barbie & Nick were great throughout the ordering & shipping process. They were both professional and a pleasure to work with. Communication was a breeze and the Jewelry quality & craftsmanship speaks for itself. When you get your piece, you’ll know what I’m talking about! Thanks again! Very happy with all of the jewelry!

Excellent customer service, great company!

Great price. Great quality will definitely buy from proclamation jewelry again.

Nick is really a great guy to work with. Very professional and receptive to client's requirements. I really enjoyed the process to get the custom pendant done. Will highly recommend !! :-)

Great product, large Saint Christopher medallion, fast delivery, prompt follow up to my question prior to purchase.

Already looking at another medallion from them.

I was disappointed that the web site was not clearer as to the medallion I purchased did not include the chain. From what I have seen I am not the only purchaser with this opinion.

Great product, arrived quickly and is a quality product. Maybe could use a little more communication around exactly what stage the product is in as I wasn't sure exactly when to expect the item, but very pleased that it came quickly and looks amazing!
