Took 4 weeks to arrive...cheap

Took 4 weeks to arrive...cheap, flimsy and a no-return policy? Filing BBB complaint.

Update: Company tried unsuccessfully to get TrustPilot to remove this review. Kudos to TrustPilot for rejecting their request.

Hello Jeffrey,

This is Nick, the owner of Proclamation Jewelry. I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback. We strive to provide exceptional service and quality products, so it's disappointing to hear we missed the mark for you. I understand your frustration with the shipping delay and would like to clarify that we do have a 30-day return policy in place, which allows for a full refund if you're unsatisfied.

We've attempted to reach you to resolve this but haven't heard back, including multiple calls and texts from me personally. We're eager to make this right for you, and I encourage you to get in touch with us directly so we can assist further.

Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon.

Went through a process to exchange only to receive the same exact thing again. Waste of my time and they never responded back to my email (yet they were before).

Excellent quality and attention to detail

Placed an order for an 18k pendant “Faith” got a phone call the next day politely offering an immediate ship date on a 14k model.. which I declined but appreciated.. 2 weeks later my new pendant arrived and it is fantastic. The proprietary design is beautiful and the level of craftsmanship is very high. The unboxing was very nice.. felt premium.. not that that packaging is that important at the end of the day but it adds to the overall experience. This was my first purchase and I would not hesitate to shop again.

First time buyer

First time buyer. Seen numerous ads online about their pendants. Decided to just buy one. Shipping very fast. Quality of the metal is very good. Great design and machining. No BS just straight business and fast customer service.

This company does there best to solve…

This company does there best to solve if you have issues, besides making some of the best artwork in jewelry that I’ve ever seen . Done in Gold and silver . There’s not many Jewelry store that can match there work. Yeah they can sell you a gold chain and all but it’s not Proclamation style period

My son asked me to buy him the Momento Mori pendant for his birthday. I told him no - and then bought it anyway. I was hesitant because it was pricey. I'm so glad I changed my mind! It came from California to NJ quickly and it had to be signed for when it was delivered. It was wrapped beautifully and when I opened it - WOW. Gorgeous! Heavy for it's size and the detail is just tremendous. This is quality high-end stuff. My son was super happy with it (and nicely surprised)!

Great High Quality Product

I ordered the large white gold tiger pendant; this piece of jewelry is so well made it's difficult to believe it's real. The large is the perfect Goldilocks size.

Great stuff, I highly recommend!!!!
