I’d say three years and I use them every day in the salon , the long bouncy blows girls this is what you need , no need for rollers as this does your job all in one go .. makes life so much easier ,just brilliant x

I don’t usually buy off TikTok/facebook, but after years of trying to get thickness and volume in my hair I decided to give the ProBlow kit a go. It was so easy to use, I opted for the medium barrel kit. It was super easy to use and even without any products in my hair I had a big bouncy blow out which has lasted to the next day! I can’t wait for my hair to grow a bit to try out the bouncy curls ! Would definitely recommend !

I have had my brushes for years now and use them so much. I’ve just started using them on my clients aswell to do the perfect bouncy blow dry and they all love the results. I would recommend these to everyone!

I placed my order on 2nd January and the delivery was advised between 3-5 working days. I ordered this as a birthday present for the end of January. I only received the item today, on 24th January.

Firstly, I emailed the company to ask for updates, as after almost 10 days, the courier had still not received the item. To be fair, the company replied promptly and apologised, advising that the adverse weather conditions had caused delays. They refunded my postage fee. As they replied quick and were understanding and helpful, I was happy and appreciated the help. Days went by with still no update and as the product was intended as a gift, I emailed again (the reviews had me worried I would never receive my order). The second email was responded to just as quick and apologies were given again. I appreciated this also. They advised that the courier had returned the item due to being unable to deliver with the weather conditions (icey). They further advised that it would take two weeks for them to even receive the returned item, so they would instead send a new product to me, rather than have me wait for the item to return to them and for them to repost. Again, I completely understand this and really appreciated the contact. However, I had ordered a few things from other company’s around this time and two of those items were delivered by the same courier as the Pro Blo brush. I asked one of the delivery drivers if they could help me with this and they advised that if this had actually happened, the courier would have reached out and advised me of this and explained why they couldn’t deliver it. Obviously I have no way of knowing for sure if that’s true or not, so I can’t say that Pro Blo Group were being dishonest, especially since the item did in fact arrive today.

I used the brush today and while the packaging is lovely and very professional looking, the bristles are hard and they can get stuck in your hair ( which is terrifying). The birthday has passed now and so I decided to keep the gift for myself, as my friend doesn’t live near me (don’t know when I’ll see her next) and I just ended up getting her something else anyways; which was fine.

All in all, customer service were very very kind and helpful and I understood and accepted the wait on delivery, as the team were so kind. But what I’m not happy about is that the bristles get really stuck and knotted in your hair. I had my hair completely dry and this still happened. For me, I most likely won’t use this product again for that reason.

Disgraceful.
3 weeks in, still not received the item.
I advised that I needed the item by a certain date, if they could not guarantee that date then to issue a refund to me.
Told last week that the item had been dispatched again and would be here early this week. It’s not. The courier hasn’t even received it yet.
Requested a refund to be told I have to wait for it to arrive whenever that might be, then return it to them at my own cost !!! Unnecessary stress quite honestly.

Really pleased with my Pro Blo brushes. I have fine hair and they are just amazing - better than my blow dry at the hairdressers. Really recommend these they are great Xx

Not happy at all. Bought in good faith and had an email from them last Wednesday saying it had been shipped and a link to an Evri page. However when I click on the link Evri are still waiting for Problo to send it!! It’s not cheap just to write off. Written untold times but no one gets back to me and conveniently there is no phone number to call.

Excellent product! Was a bit skeptical at first because I have very fine hair and I wasn’t certain about the quality of the brushes and in particular the bristles but I am quite literally blown away ! I still use all the hair products I need to achieve volume but the brushes don’t pull or tear the hair and the results are fantastic. I certainly achieve a full and bouncy blow dry way beyond the results achieved with just rollers. The brushes grip well and don’t feel heavy when in. I wish I’d bought this sooner!

A waste of money. So disappointed. Cheap quality. Gets tangled in hair. Does not create any curls.
You can only get a refund if you have not used the damn things. You only know how bad it is after attempting to use it?

The rollers gave me incredible results, even though my hair is considerably thin! Love the blowout look and minimal heat was used :)

The volume that this product gave me was just amazing! I felt like I just stepped out of a hair salon with the perfect 90’s blow out and it took me 10 minutes!
100% recommend if you love the bouncy blow out look.

As someone who's never gotten good results blow drying and using rollers, these have made such a difference. I have curly hair (3b) and they work on me, I just don't dry my hair first. Of course, they take some trying and learning, but so did it will all my other hair tools, and the results still looked great on the first try! The bristles are hard, but they don't pull or tugg the hair unless you're pulling to fast or hard yourself. It's all in the technique and that comes after one or two tries. I 10/10 recommend this if you're willing to learn for the results are gorgeous!!

These rollers have changed the game for my blow drys. The bounce I get from these are unmatched. I get so many compliments on how bouncy my hair is. Lasts all night and even into the next day too due to them being ceramic I think. So easy and I don’t know how to give myself a blow dry but these make me feel like I do! Couldn’t recommend more xx

Terrible product and not cheap.
Ok, fair enough if this product was £15 I’d maybe lay off but it’s not its £87 for the full kit and it’s the cheapest roughest product I’ve ever used. Genuinely feels like it’s a scam. They’ve clearly paid for lots of marketing (which I got sucked into… clever guys) to sell as many as they can as quickly as possible and then they’ll disappear.
The brushes actually hurt your head the bristles are that plastic and hard. The clips don’t actually fit the brushes so they are loose. Everything about it is just bad. Do not waste your money.
The instructions tell you to dry your hair to about 80% dry and then finish using the set however, having watched lots of the videos (which they clip up really well so you can’t actually see much) some of the girls already have curled hair which means the product isn’t creating curls.
When I used it as per the instructions it left me looking like I’d been wearing a scruffy bun for a week and slept in it (bad) and they leave awful crimps on your hair.

You also can’t get a refund if you’ve even breathed on the packaging let alone touched it.

I bought two of the pro blo sets about 8 years ago when I opened my first salon, theyr very very well used on my own hair and clients always love the results. I personally use them myself and wear an 18” weave most of the time and theyr style all that hair perfectly too!
Easy to use and well made as mine is still going strong, so Iv had much more than my moneys worth!

Absolutely amazing product! My hair looks like I’ve just stepped out of the salon when I’ve used these.
I cannot recommend them enough and when used properly don’t get stuck in your hair and I’m no pro
I leave them in my hair for about an hour and the lovely volume and curls last all day

Awful - avoid at all costs. This is cheap tat that gets wrapped and matted in the hair, I work in a salon, the rollers pulled all my extensions out and I tried it on my teenage daughters natural hair and got all caught in hers which resulted in hours of detangling. The “influencers” who promote these things curl their hair with a wand first and place the rollers in then unroll for the video. Even on a clients short hair these gave a slight flick at most but left kinks from the plastic hair grips. Wish I read the other bad reviews on here before purchasing.
