Although they have broad media outlets and quite responsive customer support. However, when they fail to complete your order, they still take the service fee from your balance. That is totally insane. How can you take my money when you cannot do the job for me??

Update:
A customer support from this company reached out and explained to me their refund policy and help me solve my problem. They are nice and turned out that I had some misunderstanding with them. But all are fixed now.

I paid a significant amount for an article to be published on a specific website; however, the publication was rejected because the website stopped accepting articles. They only offered me 50% of the total amount I paid, claiming that the situation was unexpected and that I could use the article elsewhere. The replacement they offered was irrelevant to my niche, and I tried to explain that choosing a replacement based solely on traffic is not appropriate—the context matters. I also believe they should have first gotten confirmation of publication before writing the article.

Furthermore, I don’t understand why I should pay 440 euros in fees for nothing, and they are not accounting for that—it’s crazy. I spent an hour explaining why the replacement wasn’t suitable. I do not recommend this service; the manager was rude and unprofessional and was more focused on pushing a 50% refund rather than finding a good solution.
