All they care is money. They will not delete my web site from their catalogue. They cater to quite awful people who want promotional articles that can damage your SEO. Once you get in, it is impossible to get out.
Stay away and do not use such platforms.

After going through Collaborator their service to get some backlinks indexed (which didn't show up) all went fine.
Service itself is good however do keep an eye on whether your links are actually getting indexed.

Horrible experience and terrible support. I couldn’t receive the 2FA email, checked every folder, and even after support said they would send the code manually, it never arrived. Then they went completely silent and stopped responding. A total waste of time completely unreliable and frustrating.

2. Your personal account on the colobator has a list of deals. A deal is an article on another website. Next to each deal is an indicator:
- Google
- The presence of an article on the website
So, these indicators are completely untrue. Collaborator may tell you that an article with your publication is on the site and in the Google index. But in reality, the purchased article is not on the site, much less in the Google index.
Of the 133 purchased articles, 32 are not in the Google index.
1 article was not on the site at all, and the site did not work.
Their admin panel does not correspond to reality, but is only misleading.
3. No one will guarantee permanent links.
Even if the publisher stops supporting the site you bought the link from or the link is removed from the index, no one will refund your money.
4. But there are also decent and responsible publishers on the platform.

Awesome link building platform!
Links are delivered super quickly and the prices are among the best. I’ve seen prices up to 50% cheaper compared to other link building platforms, especially for crypto. The catalogue is actually relevant and well-updated too... instead of being a massive database full of old or low-quality sites

The platform is not bad. But, unfortunately, due to Google's latest update, the sites have lost some of their parameters, although they haven't become bad. And the collaborator doesn't want to take this into account.

Update. The collaborator relies on Ahrefs metrics, which, due to a Google update, now provide a biased website assessment. New websites are also appearing in the Collaborator's database whose parameters fail to meet the collaborator's criteria—they might not have the required number of keywords, low DR, or low traffic. But for some reason the Collaborator accepts them. And support refuses to answer the question of why they accept websites with low parameters, but not my website with significantly higher parameters. It seems there's a lack of fairness and objectivity in the website acceptance process.

UPD2. I'm not talking about old sites that lost their parameters as a result of a Google update. I'm talking about sites you've accepted within the last week. For example:
