ESTAFA
Ha aparecido un cargo en mi tarjeta de crédito de esta empresa por el pago de una suscripción que yo no he solicitado, al igual que otros usuarios que denuncian lo mismo.
He anulado mi tarjeta para evitar más cargos, y puesto en contacto con ellos para que anulen mi suscripción y devuelvan la cantidad cobrada, primero por estafa y segundo porque me ampara la ley europea de anular una compra online en los primeros 14 días.
Si es verdad que son tan buenas personas como dicen en la respuesta a mis correos y en esta plataforma, espero no recibir más cargos y que la cantidad sea devuelta. De no ser así, denunciaré los hechos ante la autoridad competente en materia de consumo de la UE.
De atender mis peticiones, no dudaré en cambiar mi opinión y relatar que el incidente se resolvió correctamente
Lamentablemente su respuesta no son más que palabras vacías.
Mi usuario ya está cancelado y he mandado emails a la dirección de contacto solicitando el reembolso de la cantidad cobrada sin respuesta positiva.
Está clara la convivencia de esta web con estafadores y que son colaboradores necesarios y de la cual obtiene un beneficio.
No queda otra opción que denunciar por estafa y ante consumo de la UE por incumplir sus propios términos las las leyes europeas. En 15 días empiezo trámites.

Avevo bisogno di un sito semplice per il mio progetto parallelo e, sinceramente, non mi aspettavo che fosse così fluido. Trascinare gli elementi è stato naturale e non ho toccato il codice nemmeno una volta. I template erano discreti fin da subito e modificare colori e font è stato abbastanza semplice. Non è magia, ma mi ha risparmiato un sacco di frustrazioni e tempo.

Acabo de ser estafada por algún usuario de esta página. Con el falso pretexto de enviar un producto me han cargado un importe que supongo será utilizado por algún delincuente en esta página. Utilizan el logotipo, nombre, etc de una página de ventas genuina, reclaman un importe y si darme cuenta sutorice un cargo de esta página de la que yo no soy usuaria. Si dejan actuar impunemente a sus usuarios y realizar pagos de sus servicios de forma fraudulenta solo puede decir de esta página que es un nido de delincuentes que usan su plataforma para estafar a la gente. Cualquier opinión positiva de sus servicios es claramente un fake. No caigais en la trampa.

This company is a scam, along with their sister company, that they shut down, they managed to scam my wife as she unfortunately gave her CC to pay for shipping for product that never came. They continued to charge the card twice a month for $79 until now. Good for you, you got what you got but it's over.

Absolute disgraceful behaviour
Absolute disgraceful behaviour from this company. They have been charging an 81 year old woman to maintain a web site for which there is no email trail, no correspondence regarding the service that they are supposedly providing or what the web site looks like! Taking payments on a bi- monthly basis, which I reiterate no design has been approved for by the 81 year old woman concerned. When asked to reimburse money for a service that has not been provided they have refused. Taking money from vulnerable individuals sounds like a dubious plan. Hope you are proud of yourselves!!
