I had an issue with a computer monitor and when reported to Prism immediately set about a replacement under warranty. The service quality I received from their team was exemplary, every step of the way.
In fact I can easily testify that it was the best after sales service I have ever received from any company.
All problems were resolved swiftly and in an efficient manner.
Prism's helpful actions have resulted in me recommending them to other family members and friends as an excellent company with which to do business.
Replacement of TV under Warranty
Noel and Chris has been very very helpful and professional with regards to a TV replacement under warranty. Instructions given by them were clear and TV was replaced in 2 weeks after problem was identified.

The TV was good but went faulty under…
The TV was good but went faulty under warranty, the support was horrific and insisted on video's which had to be done through their email before they would proceed as Amazon did not allow the iphone video format.
Then after their recognition and acceptance that the TV was faulty, they wanted the TV packed and photographed before arranging a courier, after which they would have their service dept. assess the fault and if accepted they would then arrange for a replacement. I explained that was totally unacceptable as this would likely take weeks or months and I would inform Amazon of this requirement.
They then immediately offered to provide a replacement immediately as a special one-time favour but would have to email a picture of myself (drivers license) as proof and an assurance to return the faulty TV? Which I reluctantly did only to have the replacement sent, it arrived with no warning or tracking but fortunately I was home to receive it.
I then immediately repacked the faulty TV in their box ensuring that the only the TV was exchanged and the new remote and cables were sent back untouched. I then informed them it was ready for its return.
They then informed me that I would have to wait all day as the courier could not give any time window and was unlikely to ring or text.
They also insisted that I print out the return label and take pic's showing it was ready and also requiring that I take pictures of the courier as well. The courier showed up with no warning.
The courier refused to be photographed and left us both very embarrassed, I then took pics of the courier truck and number plate before I realized not only how inappropriate all these requests were.
I thought it prudent to warn everyone who wishes to purchase PRISM TVs that this is the support behavior and their procedures. I will never deal with them again and wish all their buyers the best of luck.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, replied within minutes always to each reply. Went above and beyond to google things for me like the screws needed when provided with my montiors’ model number even though the monitor wasn’t a PRISM+ brand. Chris and Noel provided all the info I needed to order lost parts. 10/10 Would go through their customer service again.

I can’t recommend Prism+ enough! We bought a TV from them and unfortunately, it stopped working after about 1.5 years. Since we were still under warranty, we reached out to their customer care team. Honestly, it was some of the best service we’ve ever received. They responded so quickly and resolved our issue without any hassle. Truly top-tier support—thank you for taking care of us!

A great experience with PRISM+
I received absolutely outstanding service from PRISM+. From start to finish, the team was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with.
Communication was clear and consistent throughout my experience, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. It really stood out how much they valued me as a customer and how they take pride in their product delivering a great experience.
It’s not often you come across a company that gets everything right, but PRISM+ definitely does. I’ll 100% be continuing to do business with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products backed by excellent service.

inconvenient warranty process…
The monitor I purchased (PG400U PRO) failed within a very short period. It powers on but has no display or backlight, and I completed isolation testing which confirms a hardware fault. While support agreed to replace the unit, the process they require is slow and inconvenient. I need to return the faulty monitor first, wait for inspection, and only then receive a replacement.
This also requires me to be home twice during business hours, once for collection and again for delivery, which is not practical. I no longer have the original packaging, and no solution was offered for safe return. Under Australian Consumer Law, a failure this early should be treated as a major fault, and the resolution should not cause inconvenience. The process feels rigid and not customer-focused.
I would not recommend this organisation due to the lack of flexibility and the burden placed on the customer to resolve a clear fault. The product failed early, and the support experience did not meet expectations.

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that they approved my warranty replacement even though the issue with my monitor was difficult to reproduce during testing. The problem occurred randomly and could not be easily replicated.
Despite this, their team listened carefully to my explanation and reviewed the video I recorded when the issue happened at my home. Even though their technicians could not reproduce the problem during assessment, they still understood the situation and provided a replacement unit.

I recently purchased a TV from Prism+…
I recently purchased a TV from Prism+ Australia. It was a great price. Navigating through the website and making the purchase was effortless. But I did make an error, not once but twice. I entered my email incorrectly. I immediately sent an email to customer support where I had a reply from Noel. Even though I made this error he was more than happy to help me fix the issue and was so polite and kind regarding the situation, he corrected the issue for me and had the email changed, but I I didn’t realise is silly me still put another incorrect email, just one letter out. Being the next day I was now dealing with Erika who was equally as pleasant and helpful. My email is now correct thank goodness.
Not once was I made to feel I was a burden, both support personnel, Noel & Erika were kind, friendly and very supportive and understanding of my issue and helped me correct it. I am more than happy to give them 5 stars for their customer support

great TV's, great company
I have a couple of Prism+ TV's, they are great.
Great picture and sound.
One TV developed a screen problem after about 18 months, so I contacted Prism+ and they were on the ball straight away.
I was quickly supplied with a replacement TV once I packed up and returned the faulty one with the courier organized by Prism+.
The whole process was smooth and hassle free with great communication along the way from the Prism+ team.
I would highly recommend Prism+, product and customer service are great.

Erika in customer service was very helpful and made it super easy to process a refund even though the reason for my refund had nothing to do with Prismplus and was all my error. She was still very reasonable and did the best job thank you and appreciate it so much!

Excellent customer service for faulty product
My Rhythm soundbar's subwoofer suddenly stopped working. I reached out to the Prism+ Customer support and they immediately responded and provided me guidance and constantly communicated with me and helped me to return the full product, checked it and provided a replacement unit without any issues really fast. They did a great job following up with me via emails constantly providing me updates which is brilliant. Their customer service is spot on! Thank you PRism+ for your great customer service!

Great Quality, Great Prices.
I had been on the hunt for a 49 inch monitor for what seemed ages. I came across the Prism store whilst scrolling through Facebook. To get a 49inch monitor for under a grand is a steal! The set up is great. Basically just plug in and it’s ready to use. I’m using mine just for work purposes so can’t really comment from a gamers perspective but from a productivity perspective I now have three screens in one which is a win for me’

Great warranty-3 years
I had a warranty issue on a 20 month old 55" Q series and the bottom line was the 3 year warranty saved me- that's a great warranty. I took the opportunity to upsize my TV to a 65" because I believe the Prism plus to be a fantastic TV.
