My 1st time using this service but…

My 1st time using this service but would definitely use again in the future. After making an error on my lounge booking, I contacted customer services and explained the issue. A gentleman named John dealt with my problem swiftly and expertly in less than 24 hours, I cannot thank him enough. An excellent service.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service and communication with John and the team. After highlighting an issue with a remote lounge, due to lounge staff not Priority Booker, the team immediately engaged with the provider. I was delighted to receive a refund and will continue to use this site for lounge bookings. Kev

Be ware of your parking booking contract if you use Priority Booker

I booked a meet and greet service with Priority Booker. On arrival at Heathrow T4, the company contact number I had been given by Priority Booker, did not respond to my calls, texts or voicemails and did not supply the parking service I had paid for. Priority Booker does not have a telephone number, so I couldn't discuss the situation with them, so in order to catch my flight, I had to make a last minute alternative parking arrangement which left me considerably out of pocket, as a result. Priority Booker since advised that my booking had been taken on by Blue Circle parking but PB had not informed me of this change, nor given me contact details for this company. They have refunded the original booking cost but NOT the considerable extra costs I incurred, as they state that my contract was with the parking company. If they hadn't informed me who this company was, how would I know????? Given they are 'Buy with confidence' approved, I am extremely disappointed by their lack of care or concern, not to say I have incurred huge parking fees as a result of their poor customer service. Excellent customer service.

I booked the wrong lounge so contacted priority booker and got an email back from John.. he cancelled my booking and refunded so I have now booked the correct lounge. I have only ever used this company for airport lounge booking. Excellent customer service.

Excellent Customer Service

Having just spoken with John at priority booker I am amazed at the excellent customer service he has provided. He really went above and beyond to help me with a complaint I had regarding the airport lounge.
Whilst they would not even admit there was a problem as a goodwill gesture John went out of his way to compensate as the booking agent.
I would not hesitate in recommending Priority Booker. Thankyou John!

I made a mistake with my booking

I made a mistake with my booking. I had a fair amount of contact with John, he was really quick to reply and sorted my mistake out really quickly & professionally with a personal touch! Great service, thank you.

Recently joined prioritybooker to book…

Recently joined prioritybooker to book an airport lounge after seeing their offers page. However after signing up, the offer advertised cannot be selected. Have emailed their customer support but no response to date.

I emailed Priority Booker customer…

I emailed Priority Booker customer service as I had made an error in the name entered for our airport lounge booking, I was emailed the next day by John, who informed me he had started the process of correcting the error and would send the form with correction out to me again. This was done and the form sent within a matter of hours. Great customer service, thank you Priority Booker and John.

Great service

Unfortunately due to change of plans had to cancel my lounge booking. However,
John from Priority Booker was very helpful and took care of everything.

Not worth it

Signed up for priority booker VIP and have found that it is cheaper to use other companies at their full price which is incredibly disappointing.

1st choice

I often use this site when booking holiday extra like parking and lounge passes. They are usually the cheapest. However what makes me use them is more than price , the customer service is second to none. Nothing is a problem.fast , efficient and always helpful.

I unfortunately had to cancel my lounge…

I unfortunately had to cancel my lounge booking due to change of plans. However, on contacting Priority Booking they waivered the cancellation fee and provided me a full refund.
John was very personable, and I was very happy with the flexibility and efficiency of the service he provided.

John was great in explaining how…

John was great in explaining how priority booker works, and very helpful in answering my queries. Overall however, I feel that it wasn't clear at the outset exactly how to book an airport lounge using priority booker, and I couldn't see anywhere how to access my membership details - I left it too late to book a lounge & couldn't find my membership details on the day, so couldn't use it. Maybe partly my fault, but it wasn't very clear!

I was a loyal customer

I was, for many years, a loyal customer therefore qualifying for a 10% discount. i.e.I was a regular customer of Sentinel Car Parking at LBA and therefore qualified for a loyalty discount. They stopped the scheme without telling anyone. When I asked about it it took several days to respond and they talked about some VIP scheme but gave no details. I was looknig for an equivalent straight discount (as before), not some difficult to understand worthless (to me) scheme.

The cancellation policy states "As long as you have NOT chosen a ‘non-flexible’ product (which you cannot amend or cancel) and the required 72 hour minimum notice is given, we will cancel your booking and refund the price of your parking in full. "

Sentinels FAQ states "‘We do not sell non-flex product." So why do they mention as long you have not chosen a non flexible product" ?? makes no sense, if they don't sell them!.

Anyhow in view of the delay and total confusion which Sentinel finds itself I finally booked parking with another company, so - LOST SALE

John this review is not fair and I contest it wholeheartedly.

Your email didn’t provide any detail about what ‘loyalty discount’ you were referring to when you first contacted us - we haven’t stopped any ‘schemes’?

And it was in fact you that first brought up the ‘VIP Scheme’ in your own first message, not us, and I will quote you here, “what has happened to the loyalty/VIP scheme? I used to log in and qualify for a 10% discount”.

Regardless of who lacked detail in their comms, the promotional offer we subsequently sent you was better than the 10% off you were expecting anyway, so to get a 2-star review for responding to you with a simple question of whether you were or were not a VIP customer (as that is a service with an annual subscription, which is what I thought you were referring to when you said it had ended), and subsequently sending you an offer that was better than the one you were enquiring about, is totally unfair and unnecessarily and wrongly damaging to our reputation.

I might also add that you asked us “How do I know if it is a ‘non-flexible’ product?” in regards to our cancellation policy to which I answered, ‘We do not sell non-flex product. VIP schemes run for 12 months but you can try this link if you want a better discount”.

You then replied, “Why mention flexible product if you do not provide one?” which is clearly your own misunderstanding as I said clearly that we don’t sell NON-flexible products. All our products ARE flexible.

I responded with the following message which I feel demonstrates our stance as a business: “ALL our products are flexible and can be amended or cancelled. We do not believe in selling non-flexible products for less money because that puts the customer at a disadvantage and we do not believe that is the way to run a business, so we don't sell non-flex product at all for this reason.”

Your response to this was, “So, I repeat, DON'T MENTION THEM! on your information and conditions. You are making yourselves look stupid.”

We beg to differ, John. We’re sad to lose you as a customer but we have done all we can and have gone beyond the call of duty to satisfy you. We hope you find your alternative purchase a better solution than that which we have provided to you in the past. All the best.
