Maybe it’s our retail background where customer service is everything, and maybe we are ultra picky because we are perfectionists, but details matter. It was much harder to get great t-shirts well printed than it should have been. It was even more difficult to get a straightforward answer to how much will they cost. So, we set up a business to change that. By focusing on the little things and providing levels of service that we ourselves would expect, we quickly found we had happy customers. At Print My Kit we pride ourselves on making sure your printed or embroidered items look and feel fantastic. We ordered a school leavers hoodie. The name on the back was slightly faulty, but when I contacted Print my Kit with a photo of the issue, they responded within a couple of hours and arranged a new hoodie to be printed.

Fantastic Service - I needed 7 printed shirts for a girls Parkrun away weekend and had left organising until very late. Print My Kit not only managed to get me the shirts in time, they sorted out the background and sizing of the design and what size t-shirts I needed - made my life so easy. The quality of the tshirts and printing were high and have washed well. I will be definitely using them again

On Monday I had a rush job to embroider a dozen hats for an event at Easter. Sarah sorted everything out very efficiently. There was a little wrinkle at the end as I didn’t get the email to say hats were ready to collect, but Sarah went the extra mile and had the hats personally delivered to me on Good Friday. What a relief! We were super-happy :)
