Cheapest price. Arrived day after I expected it but no issues there. Part arrived undamaged and worked just fine.

A1 service and value. Communication is fantastic also. I sent an email as I only received part of my order and had a phone call the very next morning explaining why and when I should receive the remaining item that was on back order arriving shortly. Keep up the good work guys. 10/10 from me.

Overall my experience so far has been excellent with multiple orders (apart from having to reorder an item as Royal Mail lost the original, but that was resolved with Royal Mail though). The website is well designed and the products are categorised well and are easy to find. Lots of variety in the products and you are very likely going to find exactly what you need for your 3D printing needs.

Order arrived five days later, no update on shipping status, privided tracking number did not work.

Very helpful giving advice and speedy re programming of the printer at a reasonable price

There’s no higher praise of a company than to give it repeat business. I’ve been back to PrinterMods UK Ltd several times now, a journey of about an hour from home but well worth it to get the level of support I’ve received.
3D printing is still a “Wild West” frontier of trial and error, tweaks and upgrades and it must be said it’s often a Spaghetti (plastic) Western of failure and frustration! That’s where companies like this are so important. Dan has been so good with advice over the phone/email and in person and has recommended and installed several upgrades, but most of all has been very patient with my questions and queries. I’m no slouch technically, and am no stranger to issues with computers, but Dan understands that 3D printing takes many skills, chief of all is patience and perseverance. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thanks Dan.

Still haven't received item, I could've ordered cheaper on amazon and had next day delivery but I thought I would support independant trader, never again

Printer arrived beautifully packaged and on time. On removing the components for assembly, I noted one of the connector plugs was broken from the cable. A quick phone call to printermods proved very useful; I was advised if I could fix it, the repair wouldn't affect my warranty, and if I was unable to fix it a new cable would be sent out. A very helpful service.
