Wit having an ice cream business, i've ordered off printed wafer quite a few times over the past few years. A year ago, i would have rated them 4 stars as the service and product was good, but delays on delivery happened a few times. However, as of 2026, they have always been on time, truly deserving a 5 star rate now.

The wafers were brilliant! Exactly what we wanted.
The pre-quote facility on the website is also super helpful.
I did have to chase a couple of time to receive updates on my order which was a bit frustrating especially when paying for royal mail delivery - should I not have received a dispatch note?
Also, a few of the wafers were broken, which wasn't too bad (I'd over ordered assuming that would be the case). I would have expected the wafers to at least be bubble wrapped inside the box to give them a little more protection in the mail.

Thank you for your review and for the kind words about the wafers. We’re really pleased to hear they were exactly what you wanted.
We’re sorry you felt you had to chase for updates. Dispatch notifications should normally be sent automatically once the order is shipped, so we’ll look into why this wasn’t clear in your case.
Regarding the packaging, we’ve been sending wafers this way for around 4 years and have shipped thousands of parcels using the same method. We also normally add around 8 to 10 extra wafers to each order to help cover any small amount of damage that may happen in transit.
We try to avoid unnecessary plastic packaging where possible, so instead of bubble wrap we use paper packaging around the box for extra protection. This has worked very well for us over the years, but we do appreciate the feedback and will keep reviewing the best way to protect orders in the post.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. 3 emails, 1 whatsapp all left unanswered. 2 phone calls, both promising delivery, delivery was not made on either of the promised days. On the second phone call the man on the other end didn't say "hello" or anything, just sat in silence waitng for me to speak. Order came late.

Thank you for your review. We’re genuinely sorry to hear you were disappointed with the experience, especially as this is our first 1-star review and we always take customer feedback seriously.
I have checked the details of the order and just wanted to clarify a few points. The order was sent out as soon as the artwork was confirmed and approved. If we had been told before dispatch that the delivery date was no longer suitable, we would have been happy to cancel the order and issue a refund instead of sending it.
Regarding the phone calls, we tried calling the number provided on the order details but there was no answer. We also use AirLandline for our business calls, and our team always answers calls properly, so we’re sorry if there was any confusion there.
From what we can see, we received a call from you from a different number than the one provided on the order, which may have made it harder to match the call to the correct order at the time.
We always do our best to reply as quickly as possible, especially during our busiest season, and we’re sorry if you felt the communication was not good enough on this occasion.
If you would like to contact us with your order number, we’ll be happy to look into this again properly.
