We pay for for 30mb We barely have 10

We pay for for 30mb We barely have 10, they keep changing the contract and charge us again, the package was meant to be 33 and the billing kept going higher and higher every time, they have a horrible customer service and unprofessional, we paid so much for just an Internet package which is unreasonable. The supervisor is trying to get us to pay extra money just to connect the Internet we complaint so many times that the Internet is slow after 1 person logs in and we refuse to pay that amount they charge they are horrible avoid at all costs.

Liars and thieves

Do not use them. I put 20 Euros in my phone and it didn't exist. I called and the on the phone wanted another 5 euro to activate the 20 euro. I took the card out and bought and different company. I decided to give them another chance. So I bought 5 euro internet and 5 euro talk. I first put in the internet. I punched in the code and hung up. By the time I did it used up half my money. Good luck with them. They lie to your face. I didn't have the card in my phone for a week. And he told me I used all my internet for a week.

Verry bad customer service

Verry bad customer service . worst experience ever. I still waiting for refound.unprofesional 100/100.staff very bad prepared or unprepared.ask for a manager....they understand we dont have one... really???

Scam! Worst company! Terrible customers support service

The worst company ever. It is a scam. Waited for the internet installation for 2 months. Technician suggested to get Cabelnet instead (very professional). Then finally they said that they can't install the internet. I didn't receive the refund. They didn't give any fees back, even if it was not my fault. Customer support is terrible... If you will speak with one, the next one will not know what happened. They never call back. All of them are giving different information, as they even don't know what they are talking about. I couldn't pay the phone bill online, as they were sending the bills that were incorrect, so when I went to pay in the shop, they charged me the fee for that payment. Why I should pay fees, if it is their mistakes??? How it is even allowed that company would have this kind of support. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate.

Worst internet provider

Worst internet provider. Signed the contract with them 3 weeks ago, and still waiting for installation.
the only answer they can give at call center is: we are very sorry but you need to wait for CYTA ?????
I signed a contract with PrimeTEl no Cyta why I should wait for Cyta
3 WEEKS (15 WORKING DAYS)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Primetel is a scam company

Primetel is a scam company, they overcharged me for one year already. I purchased a 100/10 Mbps line in January 2022. I never got more then 48/8 Mbps. Ive been in contact with the customer care many many times, they always promised they will do their best to find a quick solution for the issue. I gave them 1 full year to fix the issue, they was fully charging me by the way, but nothing happened, only empty promises from their side. So I decided to terminate the 24 month contract ealier because Primetel wasnt able to fix the issue and deliver what Ive ordered. So its getting back to the 80s, there is no way to terminate a contract online, by WhatsApp or phone, you have to go to a physical store. So I drove 25km to the store to hear that I have to bring the modem with me to request a termination. In the physical store the agent was telling me with a big mischievous smile that the technicans of course wasnt able to fix the issue because the maximum speed in my area is 50 Mbps! This means that Primetel cheated and lied to me for over a year and charged me an overpriced rate instead of being honest and telling me that they can't provide the service I booked. Thats simply called scamming! I was now already totally disappointed and sad to have been scammed by Primetel, but that's not all, the scam goes even further.... Ok, going back home, taking the modem and going back to the Primetel store, so I had to drive 100km! for that. Then the next slap right into my face happened. The agent in the store want to force me to pay almost 70 €!!!! for the termination of the contract. What for? Because this dubious company can not deliver me what I ordered and for what I already pay for a year? Instead of offering me a credit for the overpaid amount, they now want to charge me again so that I can get out of the contract to which Primetel cannot adhere? Welcome to 2023, welcome to Cyprus, this is just embarrassing and a shame for this beautiful island, Primetel should be ashamed of itself for this absolutely fraudulent and unserious behavior.

Worst company ever !!

Worst company ever !!! They send u double sms that your data is gones but they still count you 0,10 cent for fckn MEGA ?!! They also shut you down internet speed and you re like ok so i spend my package but noooo at the end of the month bill 62€ for 550 mb in absolutelly slow mode !!! Never make subscription with this mafia company !!!! Never nothing !!!! You are the worst company ever !!! Highly not recommending

Terrible experience on the stage of just installation

Terrible experience , signed the contract on for services on 25 November. Up to now nobody came for installation. In the begging was told that within a week verbally later on that maximum is 15 days, later on that maximum is 15 working days, i am wondering what lie would be next. By the fact 15 working days already expired on 16 December.Definitely don't recommend them with such a experience

Ridiculous

Ridiculous customer service and company. If I can I wouldn't give you any stars. Shame, that Cyprus doesn't have enough competition in this market, as Primetel will be a long time history.

Never again. Bad customer service, high charges, regardless of "packages"

If you are thinking about it, just don't go ahead. Choose CYTA, miles ahead in everything:

We had purchased the Internet & TV Combo Offer, whereupon we signed a contract for 24 months.
Our payment method provided for direct debit for some reason was not valid anymore 2 months before the end of the contract.
A text message was received that the payment method did not go through and that a disconnection would take place if not settled.
Wrongly, we did not take action immediately, as we were planning on not renewing our contract, as we had not been happy with the service...
In the meantime, we had no service, as at some point a disconnection was made.
2 months later, we got a phonecall from Primetel requesting that we pay 3 months of service.
We asked to pay the last 2 months of the contract which had remained unpaid as to honor our contract (and one of the employees on the telephone helpline agreed that yes, this is possible, and we would not be charged for the extra month)
In the end, we had to pay for 3 months of no service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPLINE: According to the last call I made, the previous employee gave me the wrong information, we had to pay for 3 months, not 2. Also "all telecommunication services worldwide" operate with the same business model: They keep on providing service and they charge you, unless you terminate the package, even if the contract has expired or there is no valid payment method.

Packages: BE AWARE OF THE SMALLPRINT (which is not on the signed contract, but instead their HOMEPAGE is quoted on the contract, after which you have to search endlessly their site to find the terms and conditions that apply to your purchased package. In our case, apparently, after the signed contract expires, they keep on charging you fees because we had not terminated the contract (it was a 24month contract and it had expired!). "7.After the expiration of the duration of the contract (24 months), the monthly fixed charges will apply, based on Primetel’s published pricelist at the time." So be careful with the terms and conditions and what happens when the contract expires...

COMMUNICATION: Their text messages were misleading to our understanding, that a termination had taken place whereas they meant that there was just a disconnection...Also the text messages mentioned each month's fee which was charged, not the total amount, again this was misleading to us.

Going back to the Customer Service Helpline, the employee was claiming that Primetel was still providing the service, (even though they were not) and that is why we were charged - all based on the same worldwide telecommunications business model.

USER FRIENDLY WEBSITE?: No! Payment of outstanding invoice? A nightmare. I could not sign in/up, find our account/invoice number etc etc...Credit thought to Primetel that yes, it is possible in the end to make a payment, as I managed to do it, only after losing 15' of my time (guessing one would need to add more time if they are not used to making payments online/technology savvy)

ACTUAL SERVICE: Hit and miss! Too slow/freezing picture...Is that what we expect now from Internet providers?

PRICE: Ridiculously expensive for what (and if) we had.

CONCLUSION: Choose CYTA

Absolute rubbish I had a working 50mb…

Absolute rubbish I had a working 50mb Cyta broadband now I have no broadband.

At 10:30 yesterday you came around my home, I disconnected my Cyta broadband and at about 11:05hrs you had installed PrimeTel 100mb fibre. It doesn't work and you informed me it will take 1-3 days to sort the problem out. I am totally discussed with your service, or I should say lack of service.

I still have no service due to your company incompetence, what you should have done is as follows.

Releasing that before you turned up I had a working broadband connection with CYTA and after you left I now have no Internet connection you should of rushed back with a Primetel Data only unrestricted sim card for me to use.

Now I am using my own pay as you go Epic sim card to tethered to my computer and TV, the cost I will be sending to you.

When you promise that a senior supervisor will call me back and they don't it makes me more annoyed about your company.

UPDATE will take between 1 week and 2 months to fix the fibre optical cable WHICH IS UNDERGROUND, I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASK WHY DIDN'T THEY CHECH THE NEVER BEEN USED BAND NEW FIBER OPTICAL CABLE WITH LETS SAY A FIBRE OPTICAL POWER METER BEFORE THEY RIPPED OUT MY WORKING CYTA CABLE.

They had given me a lend box which has a 5-6mb connection speed, it's an absolute joke.

Remember until they came around and pulled out the CYTA cables I had a working 50mb connection.

Their customer service is beyond a joke.

What a horribly run company

What a horribly run company. After being charged, I am told my application was rejected. No offer of a refund, just multiple emails explaining that without Cyta (their competitor) they can not install. After speaking with Cyta, I was told all Primetel have to do is call and Cyta will arrange the installation. That was a month ago.

Useless company, never received my online data purchased, after dealing with their consultants I had to repurchase the data again as they couldn’t understand the issue

I just purchased a primetell number and…

I just purchased a primetell number and paid 17 euros with 1500gb Internet. After I phone and International number in Europe and spoke 8 minutes. My phonecall was interrupted without any notice! 🤔I also noticed that I remained with 50mb only Internet! So I paid 17 euros to for 50mb Internet and 8 minutes International call. This is ridiculous 😒 this is a scam company!!!!!
