Chinese company selling counterfeit items

I love love love this company they have unique difficult to find elsewhere stuff!! I had contact with the support line and they explain that the head office is indeed in Switzerland!! Delivery was a bit slow but I got my order confirmation and tracking number so no problems there. I found the stussy stuff I have been looking for so badly and I am now the only one wearing it haha.
I keep on ordering from them and recommend this site vividly.

I just received my order and I am super happy with it I read the reviews here and I don’t know why people are lying about this being a scam and never receiving their orders. I just received mine and it’s perfect I bought the stussy strawberry T-shirt. Isabella from customer support was very helpful aswell

As others have said on here, this appears to be a Chinese company shipping goods from China opposed to Switzerland (they claim to be a Swiss company). I received no communication aside from an order confirmation email for 8 days. After 9 days I received a tracking link to the parcelsapp tracking website (used by Aliexpress etc). The tracking number shows the item has been sent from China. I will update if and when I receive the item, but it seems there is an incredibly high chance the item will be counterfeit. I stupidly didn’t check trustpilot or any other review site before purchasing. They have no contact information or address on their site which makes getting hold of them near impossible. I have had one response from their contact form on their site, with a link to the tracking website. I have now opened a claim with Paypal and will update this review if I receive the item.

Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE on this shambolic company! (04/10/23)

I have just had a Paypal case closed in my favour for items not matching the description.

The item did eventually arrive from China in a small box, the size of a small mug! Inside the package was a packing slip written entirely in Chinese, and an incredibly poor quality garment of clothing. Several points to note.

I ordered an XL. I am a 190cm, 90kg man and this garment barely fit my girlfriend, who is 5"4!

Inside the garment was a wonkily stitched black label with the Stussy logo on it. This was covering the remnants of a white label that had been cut out by the seller, presumably from the original manufacturer. Aside from this, the clothing was of generally poor quality - not the standard of Stussy.

I got in touch with Stussy who confirmed it was obviously counterfeit, and went to Paypal with all of my evidence. Thankfully Paypal ruled in my favour and have refunded the full amount. Stussy have also reported the website/company for selling counterfeit goods.

I was in quite frequent contact with Primestreetwear throughout this process, who did offer a refund and admitted the item was of "poor quality". Quite the understatement. They insisted that I pay for return postage to China and must return the item before getting my refund, which is wrong for so many reasons.

AVOID

Tshirts kamen ohne Markensiegel an. Sie waren mehrfach in Plastik verpackt mit chinesischen Aufklebern. Weiter sind die Größen im Vergleich zu meinen anderen Stüssy-Shirts zu klein - Fake-Ware??? Auf der Webseite gibt es keine Anleitung für die Retoure, diese muss über den Chat oder Mail erfragt werden. Das habe ich gemacht, seit 2 Tagen keine Antwort, auch keine Eingangsbestätigung meiner E-Mail. Leider ist auch auf dem Paket kein Absender vermerkt.
Sehr seltsame Rückgaberichtlinien , 1 Woche.

I can understand the reviews about long waiting and bad contact. I think its a small company and that they need to learn things. They have my trust, you need to send a message with insta so you can have good contact.
