Ich brauchte nur einmal diesen Dienst und durfte gleich noch das Abo mitbezahlen
Ich brauchte nur einmal diesen Dienst, was mir 0,50€ wert war. Nach 1 Woche wurde dann einfach mal das Abo für einen Monat über paypal abgebucht ohne vorherige Ankünigung abgebucht. Neben der Tatsache, dass ich gar kein Abo wollte, was offensichtlioch irgendfwo als Testzeitraum verkauft wurde, habe ich niun auch doppelt bezahlt! Das würde ich auf Deutsch Dummenfang nennen. Ich hoffe andere passen da mehr auf!

Usano pratica commerciale molto aggressiva e "ingannevole" (spesso definita dark pattern o abbonamento nascosto).
Ecco come funziona questo meccanismo e cosa devi fare adesso per stare tranquillo.
Come funziona il "trucco" dei 50 centesimi
Siti come Prime PDF (e molti altri simili per creare CV o convertire documenti) non nascono per rubare i dati della carta, ma giocano sulla distrazione degli utenti:
L'esca: Ti offrono il singolo documento a un prezzo bassissimo (0,50€ o 1€) per un "periodo di prova" di 2 o 3 giorni.
La trappola nei termini del servizio: Scritto molto in piccolo, spesso in fondo alla pagina o pre-spuntato nei moduli di pagamento, c'è scritto che se non disdici entro la fine della prova, scatta il rinnovo automatico di un abbonamento mensile (solitamente tra i 25€ e i 35€).

Big scam and misleanding
Big scam and misleanding. As other users, I only needed primepdf for a quick edit (numerical signature of a pdf), made an account and paid like 50cents but I was charged with €29.99 one week later w/o any reminder/warning. A refund would be an appropriate response, and better information about hidden subscriptions.

Complete scam
Complete scam. I used PrimeODF once to merge PDFs and paid €1 for the trial. A week later, without any warning or reminder, they charged me €29.99 for a subscription I never intended to sign up for.
Looking at the reviews here, the exact same thing has happened to many other people. The trial is clearly designed to trap users into an expensive subscription. I want my money back. Avoid this service.

Repeatedly billed long after cancelling
I cancelled my subscription shortly after enacting it, and primepdf has billed me $29.99/month anyways for multiple months. I can login to my account with them and their own system says I have no active subscriptions, and yet they continue to steal 29.99 per month from me! Avoid this product/compsny. They are not ethical!
