Great service, great communication. Recommended

Needed a specific model Hob. Contacted them and was told available. Made the payment and after 3 weeks I received email with refund without explaining the reasons why been told available in the first place and why I was refunded.

Cancelled order without any communication.

I recently purchased a Graef C95 food slicer from Prime Cookout Ltd for £400. At the time, I accepted the price, but after receiving the item I discovered that the official Graef UK store and other reputable retailers sell the exact same model for £315. That means I paid £75 more, which is roughly a 24% markup over the standard retail price.

Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I wasn’t given a tracking number, delivery updates, or even an estimated dispatch date. I had to chase several times by email and phone just to find out where my order was, and the delivery ended up taking 12 days, which is much longer than expected for a UK retailer.

I contacted Prime Cookout to ask whether they would consider refunding the difference as a goodwill gesture but I haven’t received any reply.

One other thing worth mentioning: in their order confirmation email, the company encourages customers to post positive reviews in exchange for a £10 refund. This does raise concerns about how representative their online review profile might be.

Overall, I’m disappointed with the slow delivery, poor communication, and significant overpricing.

I had a few questions about delivery timing and the customer service team replied quickly. They were patient and professional, which made the process straightforward.

I bought a gas BBQ for weekend cooking, and it's been working really well so far. It heats evenly, is easy to clean, and matches what was described. The delivery went smoothly and the item arrived without any damage.

Ordering from Prime Cookout was simple and stress free. The website was easy to use, and I liked getting updates about my order along the way. My delivery arrived on time and everything matched what I expected.

We purchased three of the Whistler Fairford units which are excellent quality. Delivery was within the advised timescale and a couple of small issues were very quickly resolved by the excellent after sales team. You are certainly not abandoned like some organisations and contact is easy and efficiently dealt with. Gives me confidence to buy from them again.

Sent email saying our order was on its way, then another saying our money had been refunded, with no explanation at all! Have then subsequenly sent emails requesting we rate their service, so I am - we didn't receive any service!!

Great price and super fast delivery

Didn't order fortunately -- looked up a barbecue I wanted and it said they had 2 in stock for well over a week while I had the page open (maybe two weeks) and site claimed delivery in 24-48 hours. I phoned up to double check before ordering and low and behold the barbecue in question isn't actually in stock until at least the end of September (it's currently July) -- really pleased I phoned up in advance and didn't give this company my credit card details!

Let me go ahead & place order & then emailed 24 hours later saying product not actually available & cancelled .

I would like to say a big thank you to Primecookout. They had the whistler products I wanted in stock at a reasonable price.
Dispatched and arrived within the agreed timeframe and responded to queries promptly.
In fact when I sent one query well into the evening hoping it would be answered the next day the response came back that evening!

Very happy with the product and service from prime cook out. They answered all my questions and delivered when promised. We’ve very happy with our choice and will be coming back again for sure

I ordered a gas regulator with gauge.paying a little extra for it all i got was a regulator, so obviously not happy.

Quick response to my enquiry and accommodated the need for a split invoice payment.
