The company does not exist. One person with no experience, knowledge or customer service skills is running the operation. Whenever I rang the company, answered by this fellow on wheels.

Website looks good, placed an order. It was all good and was informed item is in stock and will be despatched soon. Today received phone call item not in stock.

We have arranged the engineer and now it's a mess.

In short don't mess with this company.

Best price and just the ticket. Expecting a 5 year life hose and got one with 9 of 10 years remaining. Delivered promptly. Fitted and doing the job nicely.

Sadly I would not recommend due to the experience. I purchased flooring from prime cook out and received email confirmation which said if you don’t hear from us it’s good news and it’s on its way. 9 days after purchasing I still hadn’t heard anything or received anything so I gave them a call. The gentleman I spoke with said that this wasn’t an order with them and I hadn’t purchased from them. I followed up with an email with proof of purchase. At this point I received a call back saying this was an Order with them and the flooring was out of stock and a refund had been completed the previous day. It was very disappointing that this hadn’t been communicated in anyway whatsoever and they were then telling me the refund would take up to ten days. In total they had my money for 14 days for a product they didn’t have in the first place and I only received an email regarding the refund two hours after my enquiry. It all felt like a bit of a scam and I was worried if I was going to get the money returned. If you were looking to purchase anything I would strongly suggest calling to make sure the product is in stock or at least they can get it in. Looking at others peoples issues it seems to be a reoccurring problem.

Incredible customer service from these guys, and would highly recommend to everyone.

They worked in conjunction with their supplier and delivery company to ensure that my Extremis XP3 outdoor fridge which I purchased online from them at lunchtime was delivered from North Wales to me in South Wales by 6pm the same day, as I needed to use the fridge at a party that I was hosting the following day.

All 3 companies involved in the process communicated quickly and efficiently between themselves and with me.

Rarely do you find companies this accommodating these days.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Screaming threats down the phone and completely abusive. a disgusting man answered the phone clearly American with no idea what he was on about. serious mental healthy issues and the other reviews also confirm my suspicion's. go else where the band an idiot.

Highly recommend this company. The products I’ve ordered (2 x Blastcool fridges and covers) have been exactly as described and delivered on time. Communication has been excellent.

Bought a product then 2 days later they told me they didn’t have it.

When ordered I was told delivery would be within 48 hours , ie today
I have just received an e mail saying it’s out of stock and do I want one custom made
Sounds a bit of an upselling scam to me and extremely poor

As promised, our new barbecue was put together and ready to use. For my convenience, they even loaded it up front in our wheelchair vehicle. Thankyou so much for your work. Barbecue appears fantastic! A lovely store! I'm grateful. As promised.

Ordered and delivered within 5 days. Confirmation email from owner of the company the same day. Now unpacked it’s a thing of quality and beauty! Too good to get dirty by cooking on it. Not connected yet but very happy. Ordered the cover too which seems strong good quality material. Should be for £70

The staff are friendly and the store has great selection weather you are looking for charcoal or gas barbecues

Rarely these days, are you able to speak to speak to Customer Service personnel about a product but these guys instantly responded and dispatched an item so speedily, I was back in operation the next day! FIRST CLASS SERVICE.

Really informative staff and they don't try pushing or hard selling tactics. Fantastic range of BBQs and accessories, we will definitely be back.
