I set up the account in March 2025. Until August, it was really good, with an average monthly return of 4-5% from the Algo bot on Forex. In August, there was a big crash with the bot, wiping out 50% of all the account value. The contact team even sent an email stating that they will recover the loss. After 3 months, all communications stopped. No contacts from email or phone. Now, even the account itself isn't working, cheaters.

After researching several automated trading systems, I chose Prime Algo, and I'm glad I did. After 3 months my account is up nearly 13%. Alan guided me through the onboarding process, and it's been smooth sailing ever since.

I opened my account in late July and immediately, it sunk 25%. I was in shock. I was told by a person named Alan that they had fixed the problem and would not only recoup my lost $5,000 but they were going to set up an in-house recovery fund and keep clients posted over time. Well no only did that not happen but I did recover that loss and then BAMMM!!! Another big hit and I said F it and pulled my account. Obviously, this was total BS. They got my $7,000 and I got nutin! I have since done bit more research and have found out that all bots that trade forex, they all end up on a heap pile. I wasn't even aware my account was leveraged! Jesus! So if you're thinking about going with Prime Algo, don't. I've just saved you thousands of dollars. Oh and one last thing, I called / emailed this company repeatedly over a 5 month period no response. I was completely ghosted.

Two major incidents in 1 year + broken promises + no support when it mattered

Within 1 year of using PrimeAlgo, I experienced two serious incidents that caused major losses.
1. First incident (2025): My account dropped more than 30%. PrimeAlgo told clients they would launch a Recovery Fund to help recover losses. I was told my account was eligible, but after that there were no meaningful updates, no transparency, and no clear recovery timeline.
2. Second incident (Jan 2026): My account was nearly wiped again (around 90% loss). After this happened, they blamed the trading platform/broker instead of taking responsibility.

What makes this worse is PrimeAlgo also made promises during onboarding that there would be daily account monitoring and that someone would alert or protect clients during catastrophic events. Based on my experience, that promise was not true, both major incidents happened and nothing was done to prevent it.

My point of contact who handled the advertising, onboarding, and communication. During this difficult time, he avoided phone calls and platform messages and stayed silent when support was needed most.

I’m leaving this review to warn others: this is extremely high risk, and the support/accountability after major losses is not what was promised.

Returns are solid. Besides a few unexpected downturns, everything else is working as is.
