Another disappointing 2 weeks lost another $800 of my account for a total of 66% loss in less than 2 months. They do have great win loss ratio, but winning $50 5x vs loosing $800 in 1 day doesn’t add up. When I complained they said they would stop trading from my account

My account dropped significantly in just a few weeks. The bot didn’t respond to market changes at all despite their claims. On top of that, the broker they advised me to use shut down unexpectedly, leaving me with no access to my funds. I feel let down and deceived.

Just got set up with them today and the process was smooth and professional.

This bot doesn’t adapt to anything! It’s like it’s programmed to lose. After just two weeks of trading, my account was in the red. Support did nothing but send me vague emails about market conditions. I’ve lost almost everything. This is a scam.

I lost nearly $45k within a few weeks using their system. There was no proper risk management at all, and the bot kept taking bad trades. They claimed it adjusts to market conditions, but that’s clearly not true. To make things worse, the broker they suggested disappeared with my funds. This whole experience has been a nightmare.

This service is a total scam. I signed up for the ""all-weather"" trading bot and ended up losing a huge chunk of my savings. They recommended a broker that vanished with my funds, and now I’m stuck with nothing. Their support just gives lame excuses. Please, for your own safety, do not sign up.

I was initially drawn to this service by claims of high profitability, a "no profit, no pay" guarantee, and the promise that I could use any broker of my choice. However, my due diligence and subsequent meeting raised several concerns:

Despite claims of 20 years of trading experience, I could not find the names of any owners, developers, or experts on their website. The website itself appears to be recently established, with no long-term review history.

I noticed that the audio and video in their promotional materials were not in sync, which led me to question the authenticity of the presenters.

During a virtual meeting with a very young representative, there was confusion regarding the company’s legal name—first being told "White Glove Inc" before it was corrected to "White Glove Consulting LLC," a Delaware entity.

While the marketing and the start of our meeting emphasized I could use "any broker," this changed as the presentation progressed. The representative eventually stated they do not work with U.S. brokerages due to lower leverage limits and that they only work with these two specific Australian brokers (Plexy Trade or Ox Securities) to access 1:500 leverage.

The representative cited monthly profit targets of 10–40%, and a "worst-case" 20% drawdown . In my view, combining these targets with 1:500 leverage and a "worst-case" 20% drawdown creates a mathematical risk of total capital loss.

The transition from "any broker" to only two specific high-leverage offshore options felt like a bait-and-switch. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to verify their performance claims and corporate background independently. Protect your hard-earned capital by conducting thorough research.

The on boarding process was great, no issues with Diego Pineda leading the process. I can not comment on the results just yet but will be back with more later.

Control of my funds was huge for me. They don't custody anything and that mattered. Performance has had some real dips, but nothing outside what was explained. Adrian was very clear about risk from day one.

The main evidence for me is the confidence Whiteglove instills in my attitude. It allows me to rest at night knowing that their strategies are going to act in a logical and in most cases profitable manner. I would recommend Whiteglove to anyone searching for an alternative to higher risk investing.

I've been a White Glove client since late November 2025. I have learned of the company and their successful algorithms several months earlier and resisted signing on, not wanting to "chase the new shiny object". There are so many companies in this space who are charlatans or underperformers and I did not want to acquaint myself with (another) one. I found their onboarding to be easy. Client and user community interfaces are near daily. I simply watch account once daily, and I find no reason to manage or stress over individual trades. Performance has been very positive, with only one small down day in December. I look forward to adding to my account and to acquire future algorithms as they are offered.

I have tried a hand full of algos and they have all fallen short. White glove is responsive their system works and they make the process of getting set up very simple. Highly recommend.

I just completed my 3rd month with White Glove, and I could not be any happier. Up 50% so far with minimal draw down. Just wish I got in sooner. Vlad, Adrian and Travis have been great and always available. This is my 3rd forex company and by far it is the best one. I highly recommend White Glove.

The White Glove group by far is the best! I have been working in Forex Trading on multiple occasions over the last year. My first experience was terrible with another group and I lost a substantial amount of money. Better performance than I could have hoped for! Their algorithm is far superior to those of three companies I previously tried. Primarily, their risk-reduction features have worked beautifully. And support I've received from Vlad has been fantastic!
