I brought a plant as a gift, it turned up quickly, survived the transit well and was in great condition. It looks lovely! The person who it’s for loves it

Disappointed

This company! Really disappointed
1: they used the delivery company they literally left the parcel on the road outside our drive way entrance! Not even any any notice regarding arrival!
2: I ordered 3 plants; 1 its perfect, 2 is ok & the third one 180 degree not match the photo they show, it’s string plant, I think only less than hand full strings attached on the soil, many dead leafs in the packing plastic bag.
Customer service reacted quick and refund the item for me. Appreciated their effort

I love a challenge. Bought the bundle of houseplants that are reputably unkillable. I am the exception. I treat my plants( aspidisters ) like my babies to no avail. My friends take no care of their plants ,yet with total neglect they not only thrive but grow too
My trio of beautiful healthy looking plants are being nurtured by me as per advice from Pickle and I'm quite optimistic to become an indoor gardener. Watch this space

Not a happy plant parent!
I’m not happy with my order-some of my plants are not in good condition . I’ve messaged Pickle on Insta and no one has replied!! Not good customer service!! Sad customer!! 😕😕
