I love a challenge

I love a challenge. Bought the bundle of houseplants that are reputably unkillable. I am the exception. I treat my plants( aspidisters ) like my babies to no avail. My friends take no care of their plants ,yet with total neglect they not only thrive but grow too
My trio of beautiful healthy looking plants are being nurtured by me as per advice from Pickle and I'm quite optimistic to become an indoor gardener. Watch this space

When I got through to Lebara customer…

When I got through to Lebara customer services I was distraught at trying to get my number transferred. A gentleman called Shivendra Chaval was so kind, comforting, reassuring to me until I was able to give the information he required to help me
He was very knowledgeable and explained in an easy way for me to follow what he was saying
His patience was unending to myself who finds this technological age very difficult at times to maneuver.

Rang saga following threat of not being…

Rang saga following threat of not being covered by insurance due to my not having paid. Long phone call later it appeared the account depth was charging me twice for same car. I was assured the account depth would be informed of their mistake and that new correct documents would be sent out to me.
Yesterday another letter wanting full payment. Needless to say I haven't received correct paperwork and therefore I have no idea what will happen should I require insurance.
I had already paid my car insurance in total prior to these two very upsetting letters

They deliver on the day they say

They deliver on the day they say, not email with change of days.
Their drivers are smart and you can see right away they work for yodel. The parcels always arrive in pristine condition

Absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace. No offer of refund for a cats toy when I asked for dogs ball. Lied and said out of dogs toy but same as cats. You couldn't give this to a dog. Far too small. This company is nothing but a scam

I am so relieved to have a replacement…

I am so relieved to have a replacement tag for my energetic pup who loves to chase and be chased among bushes in forest areas. To know that when he's found and scanned I will be alerted to his location. Such a monumental aid to a lost dog.
Recently in my area in same forest an elderly dog had wandered away and wasn't found for 3 days having unfortunately died. A lot of us had been looking to no avail and it made me realise that there are numerous reasons are beloved pets become lost. Some have poor recall, may be blind or deaf or confused or be fearful.
This simple incredibly important tag has the ability to give we dog owners or dog walkers much greater ability to get a speedy and hopefully a happier resolution

Great taste according to Gerald

Great, nutritious, non smelly food, specific to my puppy's needs and taking into account the training treats he has daily. Would have been a five which it will be soon hopefully. Its the awkwardness of separating two halves daily

Customer service is excellent. I am treated as though I matter, that I'm important, I'm respected.
If I have any queries they are answered straight away. I'm kept informed of any changes, updates. There is no surprises.

I'm a vegetarian and the meals offered…

I'm a vegetarian and the meals offered look lovely. Separate dishes for soups, veg and rice amongst others genius. Mouth watering desserts at excellent value prices.
The ability to store everything in cupboards leaving the freezer free for foodstuffs that cannot go anywhere else is wonderful.
I'm a new client and have eaten 2 meals so far ( I live in the scottish Highlands and apart from amazon and Post office deliveries, the delivery service is very poor).
Poor deliveries aside I am loving the food so far.

Delicious tasting

Delicious tasting. Fresh, varied food. Clotted cream to die for. Lovely sweet tasting jam completes completely the clotted cream tea experience. The hamper was well packaged as well as clear notification of food to be eaten by dates.
This is such a well thought out fabulous gift which can be delivered on a date to suit you. ( I ordered two different type of hampers to be delivered on different days to near Inverness in the Scottish Highlands without a problem). Communication with this company was second to none. I cannot recommend them highly enough

I am a vegetarian and some meals have…

I am a vegetarian and some meals have been discontinued whilst others are very " samey" Mushrooms appear in abundance in different meals... why ?
I have to order the same meals because of the lack of flair and imagination.
I've just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I do find your traffic light symbols helpful.
The website is no longer easy to follow but I try to use it due to changing myind regarding meals.
My delivery drivers are super friendly and professional

For 24 hours I was unable to give my…

For 24 hours I was unable to give my PAC number. I spoke to an extremely helpful lady who within seconds identified the problem which I will say was my error. She corrected the problem and set up my new number. Very efficient, very professional, very patient, friendly too

Recently my energy company went bust…

Recently my energy company went bust and I was allocated to Octopus energy supplier. What a transformation. They have kept me updated with the whole process. Their website is user friendly. Communication via email always elicits a speedy response. I always direct my questions to Sanin. I find him professional and friendly and he always answers my emails and explains fully and reassuringly about my worries.
In these anxious days regarding continued energy supply I feel I've landed on my feet with Octopus. Their customer service is second to none and Sanin makes me feel my worries are valid and he demonstrates real concern
