Placed a $2200 order to get 2.5% back and received the goods months ago. Put in the request to support after months of not getting the cashback and they don't respond. Tried a couple times, but they just seem to ghost you.

booking.com purchase not tracked a month later
A booking.com purchase is still not tracked a full month later. The help center returns a 500 "internal error" so I don't even know how I can raise this issue.
Overall not worth my time at all. Had I known, I would not had signed up at all.

Thieves love Price.com
They built something that really attracts people who steal credit cards. They’re motivated to place outrageously high dollar orders on eCommerce sites in the hopes of getting a cash back payout.
The fraudsters place orders, often to an apartment building (no unit) or just a random fake address. Why? They don’t care about the product, they just want the cash back generated from the card they stole.
We get so many fraudulent orders originating from Price.com referrers, and we wish we could force them to stop offering cash back for our website.

Cash back is subject to transaction validation, and fraudulent, canceled, returned, or chargeback transactions are not eligible for rewards.
We'd like to review the Price.com referrals you're seeing and work directly with your team to understand what's happening, including discussing removal of cash back for your website if needed. Price.com is a shady ass fraudulent company that makes you wait 5+ months for your cashback to become available to redeem then they won't even let you cashout once it is. They don't respond to emails at support@ email (i cant list the full email here), which is where you are instructed to contact them when you have issues cashing out. I've sent them 5 emails over a week with no response. Tried several methods of cashing out amd none of them actually work. After waiting over 5 months for the $95 in cashback I had then not even being able to collect it is very frustrating. Even worse when they won't even respond to you when you ask for help with the situation. Avoid this scam site at all costs if you actually want to RECEIVE your cashback.

Horrible cash back site
Horrible cash back site. They advertised cash back percentage so lured me in and I bought an item from a merchant in March 2026.They stopped responding and I I never received my cash back. I let BBB know. No response to BBB either. It’s been 4 months and they owe me $40. Scammers. Do not use this site for CB. They give you all the excuses not to give you the cash back once you clicked through their page. Fraudsters.DO NOT USE.

Easy, Peasy, Price.Com Squeezy
No issues at all, I downloaded the price.com extension on my laptop, along with 4 other cash back extensions, and I pick the one with the highest cash back when I shop. Price.com is not usually the highest one, so it takes me a bit longer to accumulate enough cash to want to cash out, but when I do, there is never an issue or delay. Sometimes I choose to redeem for a gift card because there is usually an added on bonus amount and the cards arrive quickly and have always worked with no problem.
For me it is a no-brainer, let price.com run in the background and pop up with a cash-back offer when I shop at a site they work with.
One upgrade Price.com should consider is adding coupon codes, other cash back extensions will populate stored coupon codes which aren't always active, but when they are, it is a nice savings and bonus!

Need to be Better
I have been using Price.com for quite a while and honestly it used to work much better till 2025. Back then, most of my cashback and tracking requests would go through without any issues and I was pretty happy with the service.
Lately, however, it feels like many purchases only show as "Activated" and never actually get fulfilled or credited. I've had several transactions sitting there for weeks with no update. Customer support is polite, but the process can be slow.
I still get cashback on some orders, but it's much less frequent than before. Hoping they can improve the tracking reliability because the platform was really good a year ago. Right now it's a bit dissapointing compared to my earlier experiance.
