Great service! I was updated via e-mail for every step of the process and was encouraged to ask questions. Delivery time was swift and I received my package right when they said I would. Everything was packaged neatly and kept cool with 3 gel ice packs. Definitely recommend :)

I received my Compounded Tirzepatide today and it came packaged great with ice packs and everything you need! My husband received his today as well but unfortunately his vial was shattered inside the bubble envelope.

I am so very impressed with this company! When I had questions, and asked for a phone call, the owner of the company not only reached out to me, but provided me his personal cell number in case I needed it. He spent so much time answering my questions and was so very kind and helpful. Then, I placed an order and there was a miscommunication with the provider and I didnt get the proper dose. I was able to call Brian, the owner, and he immediately got busy solving my problem, and making sure I have everything I need. I cannot say enough how highly I recommend Preventive! Once it got approved. They processed the medication on Friday and I got it the next day. I am so happy with this service. It was well packaged and everything arrived safely. I am excited to start this new journey. 😍

The whole process went smoothly. I purchased a one month vial and received it within days. There was clear communication throughout. I highly expect the product to be as good as the service!

The label on the address was wrong and thank goodness the UPS driver knocked on three different doors to make sure he got the right place. I'm not sure if you have the incorrect address or if the label was printed and correctly

It was super easy process. It felt a little different to pay before the screening, however I feel that just prevents a ton of unfinished applications.

Do not use this service. The medication was shipped after a few days, once I prompted them to do so. Other services I’ve used have shipped same day or next day. Once my order did arrived, it wasn’t even cold.
