If I could give a minus star I would. I will never order from Pretty Little Thing or Boohoo. Worst customer service ever. I ordered 2 sandals for my daughter size 9. She was sent size 7. It took over 2 weeks to return. Several different bits and several different agents. Finally able to return and then I get charged $10 for a return that was completely the fault of PLT. Google them it states exactly what to do about there return process. Go to X and tell them to have a real person reach out to you. Call the BBB they respond to them also. So Google knows they way Pretty Little Thing does business. So sad. Keep your money and don’t waste your time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Royalty delivery a joke
Paid for Royalty delivery which stipulates on their website as next day. Order was processed 3 days later, which means it doesn’t arrive when I need it. Customer support state they can’t refund despite the fact I have been miss sold the service. Tacky website and customer services. Going to return all items and get a refund. Never again

I've never known anything like it, from customer service, lack of communication to not receiving my order (after paying £9.99 for Royalty) it is not royal at all!
I've still not received my items and the people who reply to email or socials are useless! Not helping at all and refusing to refund my £9.99 after advising they have currently paused Next day delivery service.

I used to love pretty little thing
I used to love pretty little thing. However over the last 3 months , I have had nothing but trouble regarding missing orders, missing refunds , incorrect refund processes , items not being delivered on time or even at all. The royalty option for customers is also completely irrelevant as you pay for fast shipping and it is not fast or doesnt even arrive. They are clearly in trouble, I recommend not to order from them

I’ve received the wrong order
I’ve received the wrong order. I spent days going back and forth with the stupid AI bot over iMessage. Wasn’t able to speak to a real human. When I did get a human response, it’s like they don’t read the context of the conversation so days were wasted re-explaining. I was told to send the item back via a link which was never provided. It’s been more than 2 weeks since I sent the parcel back and I haven’t received a refund. I’ve been told the parcel was definitely delivered to my address. I didn’t say it hadn’t been delivered, it was the wrong order.
They’re trying to cut corners by not using human agents but I can promise I’ll never shop there again. Absolutely abysmal customer service. It’s been over a month and this isn’t resolved
Disgraceful service
I paid for next day delivery. It has been a week and I haven't received my order yet. There has been no communication and and I cannot find any way to contact them to speak to somebody.

THIEVES AND LIARS
Just been reading reviews and find out there are hundreds of people in the same position as me. I’ve been trying to get a refund of around £70 for about 4 weeks now. Absolutely horrendous. I have advised them of their breach of contract and will be doing a chargeback through my bank to get my money back. UPDATE. I was issued part of my refund in a gift card and they are now replying to me in Spanish!

I know this review won’t change anything for a well established rubbish brand, but I hope people will read it before placing any orders. Right and the end, before paying, they add an extra fee, which is called ‘delivery support’ but then on the actual invoice is called ‘sales tax’. That’s on top of the delivery that we pay. So what on earth is that now? For an item that costs £10 I ended up paying around £7 more???? WTH

I ordered 2 items via Debenhams and have tried to return them and the returns process is IMPOSSIBLE. It asks you message them on Instagram, which I have done SEVERAL times and you get a automated message back (every time) asking for your order number and email but nothing else. I am reporting them to Trading Standards!
The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever! Missing hoodie from order and pants had ink stain. Contacted customer support immediately via instagram and phone in January, here it is April and they still doing the same thing. Replying what’s the issue, I explain, no response for a week almost then respond and cycle repeats.

Ordered via Debenhams. Really good quality products,however, I ordered a selection with the intention of returning the items I didnt want. After a lot of hassle, I returned the items, but my refund has not materialised and it's now 3 months later! Absolutely shocking customer service.

My order was placed on Klarna & it’s nearly due to pay! So annoying that the customer service text message service is just AI & keep repeating the same old thing! This place needs to be closed down. I will be taking this further

Spent over £100! Completely wrong items arrived, I sent them back, sent proof of postage and still waiting for a refund! That was over a month ago! Impossible to speak to a human just an AI chat bot with automated replies. Absolute scam!! PLT WHAT TF?! Used to love this brand now reading reviews I can see everyone had the same story sort it TF out!!! You are taking peoples money and not giving them the goods they ordered nor a refund! That is theft!!! This company needs investigating by trading standards immediately!!! AI IS NOT WORKING GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!!!

It states you need to tell plt within 14 days but don’t get any acknowledgment?
I’m really shocked at the lack of service from plt.
Assuming another company have taken ownership & it’s now being ran into the ground.
Will request the money back through the bank now.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Returned items at the beginning of March I was told my refund was processed on the 8th March, this was a lie. No refund received and unable to liaise with a human as every response is AI. Do not purchase from PLT as you will struggle to get a refund.
