A bunch of lying scammers. Do not spend your money here. They took mine and I had no package and no luck getting any results to my emails.

They sent me the wrong item. I asked for a refund. They told me to send them a picture of what I received. When I sent the picture to them they told me my order was correct. I sent them the original order email I received along with a picture of what I actually received. The items were totally different with different messaging and everything. Scam

This company is AWFUL. I ordered a graduation cap headband a month before my daughter’s graduation in May, and it’s now mid-June—still no item. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and have yet to receive a real response. All they do is give me the runaround and keep sending the same tracking info, saying it’s “on the way.” At this point, it’s useless. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. DON’T BUY FROM HERE.

This place is a scam. I never received my order. After contacting them, they ended up sending me an EMPTY ENVELOPE! Do not try to purchase anything from them. They will not refund you!

I ordered a toy on 3/22 for Easter delivery. Although their tracking says it was delivered and the end of April, it never arrived. They have refused to refund or replace the item.

DO NOT purchase a product from this company. Not only is the quality misrepresented, but it arrived more than a month after I had ordered it for Easter. The quality is so poor, I wouldn't have gifted this anyway. Do not go by the photos. They make the product look great. I assure it is not. When I sent a photo of the product I received, they told me it was good and that they would not refund my money. I have never had this experience before. I wasted nearly $20 on a piece of trash.

The gift took 2 months to arrive and only after I asked to cancel did it miraculously show up however way too late for the gift. Now I can’t get them to agree to a return. They just keep repeating the same thing, Oh sorry it was late but enjoy it. Completely ignoring my request to return. Currently disputing charge.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a few items for Easter in early March which was a month before the holiday. I actually received them on May 6th! The quality was very poor. I will be throwing them away now since they are junk and no longer needed since the holiday is over. I asked multiple times for a refund and was told they could not issue one since the items were shipped. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I’ve been waiting over 6 weeks for my order and customer service only provides a tracking # which continues to say “in transit” which is not helpful in locating my goods.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FOREIGN COMPANY! waited 2 months for items that looked NOTHING like their advertising pictures and videos! I spent $95 on trash and when I reached out to them regarding the poor quality and how the items did not resemble the advertisement, they emailed me back, offering me a $9 refund! BAIT & SWITCH!

46 days since I placed my order! Nothing has arrived and their customer service is a joke. Their shipping policy states 10-15 business...they don't honor that policy when you contact them, they blame it on the shipping company of which they can't tell me who it is! Total waste of $70

Item ordered March 12, 2025, for Easter. Have gotten several unhelpful tracking emails. Has not arrived. Asked for a refund multiple times - I was ignored. Total scam.

Funny how tracking originated in Italy but the company is Chinese. I think I got scammed. It’s been over 38 days and no response.

I ordered an EASTER item on March 30. Today is April 19; Easter is tomorrow and it’s still not here. NOWHERE on their site did it say that I would not get it in time. Usually you get the courtesy of a “last date to order in time for…” statement, but there wasn’t one. Nor did it say the item was shipping from Italy. Despite their frequent shipping updates, I’m incredibly disappointed and won’t order from them again.

Product ordered 3 months ago, have exchanged many e-mails, the team always say "wait a few more days" but the product never arrives and the shipping information never gets updated

66 days since I ordered, it took 2 weeks to get into the US and its been over a month with no updates and no tracking inside the US.

Customer service isn't helpful. They keep telling me to wait. I could have walked to the port of entry in the time its been in the US and past customs.

I'm begining to believe this is a scam.
