Prestige Watches UK Anmeldelser

Very happy after doing business with Marcelo. Excellent communication, answered all my questions quickly and kept me informed throughout the process.
Highly recommended.

This was the best watch buying experience I’ve ever had. Marcelo went above and beyond in the process of me buying my watch. He was very patient and was free to answer any queries I had on then history of the watch. The parcel came with prompt delivery and with added accessories to maintain the watch. Which was a nice surprise. If you want have an amazing watch buying experience like I did. Please do not hesitate to go Prestige Watches Co. UK

Short version: Fantastic watch selling experience, extremely professional & personable trader. Marcelo made my experience much easier than I thought. Offered a great price too.
If you're considering reaching out to Prestige Watches, I guarantee your experience with Marcelo will better than anywhere else.

Long version: When you're reading these reviews you may ask yourself who is Marcelo and why are they referring to him so informally? Let me give you an insight.
Unlike your typical watch trader that tries to low-ball you the moment you walk in, Marcelo actually wants to get to know you and the story behind your watch. One thing I realised in the first encounter with Marcelo is, he's very passionate about watches. His passion has made me realise I'm in very capable hands and, I was right to think that because throughout the process, Marcelo's been nothing but professional and friendly.
I really hope this review gives you a small glimpse of how delightful my experience was and pushes you to contact Marcelo.

It has been a pleasure to buy a watch from Prestige watches. Marcelo is very passionate about watches and knows the industry inside out. I will be back again in the future

Fantastic seller and very honest. Great to deal with and takes time to send across all the relevant information such as photos with an honest review of this products.

I have been received a very enthusiastic and professional service. The watch is as described, definitely recommend! Thank you

My experience purchasing a luxury watch from Marcelo couldn't have been better. It's always nerve-wracking when buying something from a shop you haven't used before but Marcelo went out of his way to make sure I was reassured about the watch itself, the payment, and the delivery. The fact that he kept in contact throughout with photos, including packaging the watch and it being loaded into the DHL van, and then all the updates on the delivery until it was safe on my wrist really made me want to write this review. I'm over the moon with the watch itself, but the service alongside this is what spurred me to writing this. I totally recommend.

Efficient watch repair. Did exactly what they said they would ,sticking to quote and time frame.
Very pleased with my Cartier service.
I would now hesitate to recommend.

Saw the watch of interest and spoke to Marcelo , within five days it was on my wrist.

Brilliant experience from beginning to end. I reached out to Prestige Watches after seeing a blue dial yachtmaster that I had set my heart on. I reached out with a PX offer and we set the wheels in motion. Admittedly I am not the most patient buyer and like to wrap things up quickly but to my surprise Marcelo was there whenever I needed him and responded quickly to all my questions. Working with Marcelo was painless and and he is very easy to approach and is truly a pleasure to deal with (I wish all watch dealers were as down to earth as Marcelo). In less than a week from our initial chat I had the watch on my wrist along with a handful of gifts which was a lovely surprise! Thanks again, I will definitely be back!

I sold a Rolex to Prestige Watches last week and found they were efficient, friendly and very trustworthy. They paid a fair price and were extremely courteous in all communications. I’d have no problems recommending them or working with them again.

Since I contacted guy from Prestige Watches UK, I got the good action and honest- feedback to make me decide to buy the watch which I am interested. The dealt and sale-respond were professionally performed and warmly monitored by him.

Sincerely, surely I will be fan club onwards and the customer of PW UK in the future 🤝

I have purchased from Marcelo a couple of times now. This time he helped to source a vintage piece as a gift for my wife. Fantastic service, great communication throughout. Would def recommend Marcelo to anyone looking for help to source that ‘perfect piece’!

Cel offers amazing service. He went out of his way to not only find the watch I wanted but to get it to me in rapid time . I would highly recommend his company and service

A 5 star experience.
Highly recommended.
Superfast shipping.

I recently purchased a nice Seiko watch from Prestige Watches in the U.K. and had the watch shipped to my residence in Bangkok, Thailand. I was very impressed with the product and service I received from Prestige. The owner of the company remained in constant contact with me from the time my order was entered until the package was delivered. It was a very satisfying experience. I can highly recommend Prestige Watches.
