Prestige Watches UK Anmeldelser

I was searching for a watch, tried 2 other businesses that left me in the dark. I came across marcelo from prestige watches who done his absolute best to prioritise me. He had a few watches I was interested in but 1 stood out from the rest. He didn't only just get me a great price, he looked after me as a person. Got to know me personally, showed interest in what I do, and constantly tracked my watch during delivery. Went out of his way to follow up a small delivery issue outwith both our control which for me I was okay with but I was taken back by how much marcelo cared about his customers, to ensure I had every piece of information. The watch I purchased was an omega seamaster tokyo 2020 edition brand new. It looks incredible, pictures can't do it any justice to how it is in person. What a guy marcelo is, I'll be sticking with him for any purchase in the future.

Throughout the purchase process Marcelo showed great patience and rapid response to my questions. He is unique in his profession.
Highly recommended to do business with.

Needed a quick sale on a Rolex OP 39mm, contacted Marcelo, agreed a very favourable price, posted up to him and the next day the money was in my account. Would definitely use again.

Marcelo @ Prestige Watches is absolutely brilliant. Extremely professional service, very responsive and helpful, and the work done on my watch was technically perfect.

What a fantastic service , and really nice guy , I was a bit unsure of what to go for , Marcelo stuck with me till the end and now I have a beautiful watch .
Absolutely fantastic service

I've purchased dozens of pre-owned watches over the past 15 years and occasionally, very occasionally, a seller stands out in the crowd for all the right reasons!
From the first point that I reached out to Marcelo, he could not have been more helpful & generous with his time, and continues to do so.
He is totally transparent with his profile and presence on YouTube....you know exactly who you are dealing with, which to me makes all the difference.
The saying goes "you are buying the seller, not just the watch". Buy with confidence!! I have no hesitation in recommending Marcelo to anyone out there.
Thanks once again Marcelo, you are a true gentlemen.

Amazing experience with Marcelo. 100% professional all the way and we kept in constant communication throughout.

As ever, you are always worried about buying expensive items on line, but this was an excellent experience. The watch itself was immaculate and I am so pleased with it. Throughout the transaction Marcelo could not have been more helpful. He arranged for the watch to be serviced, to be cleaned and to be re-sized to fit me. I am happy to recommend Marcelo to any prospective clients.

Marcelo clearly cares about the quality of the product and the quality of the transaction. I paid a little more than I could have for the reliability and trust he inspired and I’m glad I did. I now own a pristine Bluesy with absolutely no doubt about its provenance or legitimacy. I will deal with him again, I’m sure.

I found Marcelo via google maps and have to say he is one of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve met in a long time. He sold my watch quicker and for more money than I had expected. Outstanding service and highly recommended! Thank you Marcelo 🙏

I was looking for a watch for my son’s 21st. From start to finish Marcelo was professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, he was happy to answer all questions and the watch exceeded all expectations . I would have absolutely no hesitation in purchasing from Marcelo at Prestige Watches and will be recommending his company to my friends and family.

Having been quoted well over £500.00 by the factory to service my elderly Rolex Datejust I decided to try & find someone competent enough to do the job at a more reasonable price. Looking around I found Marcelo @ Prestige watches who obviously knew his stuff so I decided to give him a try. My watch has now been returned & is working perfectly again. The service I received from Marcelo & his watchmaker has been first class & I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to get a Rolex or similar watch repaired

If you are looking for a prestige watch look no further, Marcelo is genuine and puts your mind at ease with his knowledge and passion for the watch business.

Would definitely recommend

Effortlessly smooth from start to finish! Fast turnaround and exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend

Great communication from Marcelo and a real, personal service from start to finish. Would highly recommend and will be keeping an eye out for any other gems he may have in the future!

Thanks for the watch witch I’m sure will become an heirloom piece.

I was recommended to Prestige Watches by a friend - who said he would be able to help me sell my Tudor Black Bay.
And he wasn’t wrong.
After meeting Marcelo it was clear he new his stuff and I felt confident he would be able to do what he said he would - so I consigned my watch to him.
Within a few weeks it was sold and Marcelo mad the process very easy for me and the person buying my watch. He showed me all the correspondence which was a lot because the buyer was in America..He dealt with every aspect of the sale. Not only that, I got more than I was expecting for the watch.
Would definitely recommend Marcelo as a trusted ‘watch guy’.

Excellent company to do business with. Marcelo, a very experienced, trust worthy and knowledgable chap. Sold my timepiece on consignment with Prestige Watches. The service provided was above reproach. I was kept informed during the whole process from advertising my piece to negotiating with the potential purchaser. A speedy and most convenient way to sell a watch.

Highly recommended, would use again for sure, not only to sell a timepiece but also to source a new piece.

Marcelo (prestige watches) was a pleasure to deal with. After contacting him via email and agreeing a deal he was happy to arrange for me to collect the watch from him on a Sunday at a time that suited me. Watch was exactly as advertised and we talked watches for a while while we concluded the deal. No hard sells or mispresentations and overall a thoroughly nice and trustworthy bloke. Would happily buy from him again

Marcelo provided great service and the watch is beautiful. I definitely recommend Prestige Watches with Marcelo for your next watch purchase
