Prestige Watches UK Anmeldelser

A fabulous repair to my Rolex at a fraction of the price quoted by one of their recommended repair specialists.
Thank you Marcelo for your honest assessment and recommendations for what needed to be done. Will definitely return when my watch needs a service.

First time buying from Prestige Watches. Marcelo is the consumate professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. He could not have been more helpful as I was buying from a distance. He sent a video of the watch I wanted to buy and was always quick to respond to any questions I asked. Watch arrived today and it has exceeded my expectations, could not be more pleased and Marcelo will always be my first call when buying or selling watches in the future. Highly recommend him and his services to anyone interested in watches.

I wanted a particular watch for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Marcelo found one for me and made the process easy and painless. A pleasure to deal with.

Great experience meeting Marcelo at his office to chat about watches, look at some of his amazing pieces and of course to pick-up the beautiful & well-priced Rolex Celini I had bought via his website.

Marcelo was happy for me to look at several of his selection of watches and, being a fellow watch enthusiast as well as a successful dealer it was fun and informative to meet him. Great watch, wonderful couple of hours and chocolate hobnobs with my coffee!

I was interested in a vintage Heuer watch which Marcelo was selling. After researching and watching his you tube video, I felt at ease straight away.
Marcelo is trustworthy and very passionate about watches as I am.
The transaction was smooth and quick. The price was competitive.
I have no hesitation recommending Marcelo.

Gorgeous watch in excellent condition at a competitive price point. Superb service and attention from Marcelo throughout the process, clear communication at each step and quick delivery. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Marcelo - I’ll be back!

Marcelo is very friendly, trustworthy and a real nice guy. Helped me navigate the world of watch selling with ease. Great service and great result. Thank you

Dealt with Macelo. Friendly and professional. 5 stars. Will deal with Prestige watches UK again.

Very professional, friendly and swift service. My watch was purchased, dispatched and received the next day. Would have no hesitation buying from PW again, thanks Marcello.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Marcelo, selling him my Rolex. He made me a very good offer and the initial communication was excellent.

We met in person at Marcelo's offices to complete the transaction, which was quick and secure.

If you are looking for someone extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy to deal with for buying or selling watches, Marcelo is your man. Selling a luxury watch can be a minefield due to scammers and even the biggest platforms out there come with a risk. Selling direct to Prestige Watches was the best decision I made as it took all the risk out of the sale.

Above all, Marcelo is a genuinely nice person and clearly has a passion for horology.

Found Marcelo to be very knowledgable and helpful. Sorted things out for me in record time. Highly recommended.

From my first email with Marcelo to actually buying the watch the experience was brilliant. Lovely man, very welcoming and professional. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.
Thanks again.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Marcelo, inspires confidence that you will receive the exact watch you expect. I would certainly recommend to anyone and look forward to working with him again in the future, thank you 👍🏻

I would just like to say that Marcelo did a fantastic job for us. When other companies couldn’t help, he did!! The service, communication and end product was better than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend prestige watches, thank you for all your help and advice!

Had an excellent experience with Marcello at Prestige Watches! Purchased a watch, and the process was smooth. Marcello's expertise and customer service were top-notch. Highly recommend.

I decided to ask Marcelo to value and then try and sell a watch for me. He took time to explain how selling a watch with him works and made the process both easy and positive. I would highly recommend him if, like me, you haven’t sold a watch before and don’t know where to begin.

Marcelo, is professional, polite, courteous and above all else a throughly decent bloke. His watch knowledge and passion is both exceptional and inspiring. I shall be using his services again be it to move on another watch or to find me my next one. I couldn't be happier :)

There's no other way to describe the service I received from Marcelo at Prestige Watches "EXCELLENT"

From the start to finish I was kept upto date with phone calls, emails and photos.

I'm sure like most people, you never know who's at the other end of the line, well no need to worry. 100% safe. Received an invoice, payed and within 24hours the watch was on my wrist, can't get any better than that!

Highly recommend and would most definitely buy again without doubt.

Keep up the great service Marcelo.

Regards Lee

What a great guy to buy my Rolex Seamaster from. Marcelo gave me a personal call which I found a lovely touch. Its so nice in this day and age to find such a honest chap who I’ve now learnt so much from in a short space of time with his videos etc. Thank you Marcelo.

Can't recommend Prestige Watches enough, already raved about Marcelo to family and friends.
I had been searching for a 2021 rolex watch with a green face for my son who was born the same year and found the perfect one with Marcelo. Great price, great service.
Thanks again !
