We just bought our first home together under Presidentially Estates and it was a really fast and smooth process! Alex David is very helpful and really good on updating us on what's happening. I cannot say anything bad, will recommend them. 🙂

It has been a pleasure having Alex David deal with the sale of our property. He is amenable, approachable and efficient and was successful in securing what we wanted. Alex at Presidential is not only highly professional but down to earth. I had to sell a property as part of a relative’s estate. I have never sold a property before.He has supported me and made the journey painless even though there have been a few bumps along the way due to the state of the property. He has kept me updated the whole time which has given me peace of mind. When he says he’s going to do something he does it and straight away. If I could give you 10 stars I would!

Alex has sold 2 houses for me and I knew after him selling our first house that we would never use any other Agents.
