From the very first inquiry through to viewing, bidding, and beyond, Presidential Estates delivered an experience that is genuinely unlike anything I have encountered in the property market. And I say that as someone who has dealt with more than a few estate agents.

From the moment I made contact, the level of professionalism was immediately apparent. Aran, who handled my entire journey, was outstanding: attentive, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest at every stage of the process. What struck me most, however, was something I have rarely experienced before. Presidential Estates actually looked after the buyer, not just the seller.

In a market that is notoriously cutthroat, where buyers are often an afterthought and gazumping is treated as simply part of the game, Presidential Estates had clear guardrails in place to ensure the process was fair, transparent, and genuinely respectful of everyone involved. Best and final offers meant exactly that, with no games, no moving goalposts, and no unpleasant surprises. Just a clean, ethical process conducted with real integrity.

Ultimately, we didn't proceed with the property, but that in no way diminishes the experience. If anything, it speaks volumes that I am writing this review regardless. When an estate agent earns your respect and recommendation even on a deal that didn't complete, that says everything.
