Luminar Neo presets are in fact LUTs
I bought a bundle of presets for Luminar Neo. But when I unpacked the zip file, it contained LUT files (.cube), not preset files (.lnps). The LUT files can be loaded into the Moods module and used there, but they are adjust only colours - they do not contain other stuff which is commonly found in presets, such a tone curve settings, sharpening, layers etc. An email exchange with the company (they responded promptly, which is good) suggests that by "presets" for Luminar Neo they mean only LUTs. So I feel that I have been mislead by their website, and I am pressing for a refund.

LUTs are a powerful tool used to apply color grading and tonality adjustments to photos, providing a quick and impactful way to change the mood or style of an image.
While LUTs are different from the typical "preset" in how they function, they are designed to be easy to apply and work seamlessly within Luminar Neo’s editing workflow. If you’re looking for more detailed adjustments beyond color grading, you can always combine LUTs with other editing tools in the software to fully customize your images.

Terrible experience, most awful presets ever. No way to communicate with them or get a refund. SCAM site, do not use.

Poor buying experience
The membership and buying process from this website is pretty bad. After creating an account, I could not log for 24 hrs. After I finally was able to log, I bought a bundle of presets. My credit card was billed, but I did not have access to my files yet. I tried to contact the support but I never had any reply. Then, five or six hours later, my files were available to download. Still no communication from the seller, though. Good thing is, I finally had my presets...

I am unable to download the presets I just bought. The message on your website says:
Delivery Account Expired
The merchants delivery of files and videos has expired.
If you are the store owner please update your account.
I've emailed them twice w. no response. Terrible customer service.

I brought a few different presets for Capture one yesterday. They all looked great on the website. So I did contact them before downloading them as I saw an offer for all presets less then what I paid asking if there was anything they could do. But they said no and thank goodness they didn’t! As I load them on to my capture one and they are horrendous. Different lighting, different styles and they still look bad. I even sent them a video showing it. They aren’t even sorry or trying to fix it. They just copy and paste the no refund policy. So no customer service either. Don’t touch with a barge pole!

Just wanted to say that I fell in love instantly with this preset! i’m a content creator which is trying to create an awesome feed, so this bundle is perfect for what i’m planning to do with my ig! i mean, just look at how cool this pic looks like with the 1st preset of the bundle 🫶🏼
