I would give a negative 5 stars. I waited almost 2 months to receive the two graters that I ordered. They are not even close to the product that was represented. Interestingly, my daughter ordered the same product from Amazon and received it exactly as ordered. So the product does exist! How disappointing! Buyer beware!

SCAM BUYER BEWARE. I ordered the 5-1 chopper grater. I tracked it for almost 2 months. It said delivered. Never recieved item. Emailed them and they told me to check with post office and my neighbor. I called the number they told me to call which was USPS. USPS tried looking up tracking number through them, fed-ex etc. Couldn't find the tracking number on any site. I escalated through Pay-Pal. Pay-Pal sided with them because they showed that it was supposedly delivered. Very dissapointed in PayPal, but more imortantly this site!!

Mine was eventually delivered but it is a completely different grater than is pictured or used in the advertisement videos. Classic bait and switch. Maybe customer service will be helpful but my expectation is poor.

Ordered a 5 in 1 chopper. The charge increased when it hit my bank account and I was also charged a foreign ATM fee. The item came over a month later and it was a cheaply made 3 in 1 grater nothing like what was advertised. Much smaller. They will not reship the correct item and only offered $12 compensation after going back and forth several times in email. Waiting to see if I will actually get the 12 usd, as they described it.

Ordered 1/23/25, received an email it was delivered 3/15/25, it was not. I took tracking number to post office and they told me it was a scam. I have now received 3 different tracking numbers every time I send communication to Preservea. Still no item, do not fall for this scam!

Zero stars same as everyone else I bought one and should have come here to read reviews. I have not even gotten mine yet but ordered Feb 10th and it states from Ireland and just a ton of emails stating where it is. Worst money ever spent and am anticipating bad product on arrival according to all the reviews!

Update: received an email to check shipment update and it stated it was delivered but have not received anything. At this point I ordered one on Amazon (not this seller or brand) and received that one 2 days later and love it. Don’t order from this company or site.

I did not get what I ordered. What they sent was junk and they offered me a $6. refund.

I WISH I SAW THESW REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. Before ordering I checked to see if this was coming from the US. The website said Georgia so I went ahead and ordered. I got charged way more than what it was originally charged which was so weird. I ordered on 1 February and it’s 15 March and I still don’t have my order! The original tracking said it was coming from Italy but after a month of waiting I emailed customer service and was told I would get it very soon and was given another tracking number which then said it left from China - too date it’s crawling in Ohio somewhere for almost 2 weeks. Nowhere close to where I live. Reading the reviews I am prepared to get something I didn’t order and will write this one off as a scam! DO NOT BUY! It’s a scam!!!!!!

They did not send the product I ordered. It is completely different. When I contacted their customer service they said they did send proper product, even after I showed them pictures of what I ordered vs what was received. Also what they did send is absolute junk.

If I could give no stars I would. First they overcharged per the receipt as to what I actually paid. The rotary grater I received is not what I ordered! The said it was a mix up on the computer and they are out of stock so they can swap it out!! From all the reviews I now see this is common and the are BIG RIPOFF - buyer beware!!! Stay away!!

Requested a refund through their customer service email and received a response saying their team had determined the item I received was close enough. As a resolution, they suggested I give the item to somebody else and asked if a six dollar credit would be acceptable. These people should be prosecuted.

Absolutely horrible. I've been waiting over a month. Ordered on February 7th, it's now March 14th. I've reached out several times. Long story short, the original tracking was coming from Ireland. Then was told by customer service that was incorrect and my package was coming from China with a different tracking number and website. Was told it was actually coming from a warehouse closer. Lol I live in NY state, last time I checked, Ireland is closer than China to me. Asked for a refund and am waiting for a response but prior to me asking, the customer service department was very quick to reply to me, until I started calling them out and questioning things. Never again will I order from Preservea!!

Took 2 months to get the item. Then when it arrived. IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. So very upset about this.

Sent me a grater that I ordered, took almost 2 months to get to me. And when I did receive it wasn’t the same product that I ordered online. Customer service insist that it matches the order. And said it would be costly for me to return it to China. Offered to return me a few dollars for the bad experience. Still not happy with what was sent to me, I could have bought a better quality product with better features for less the price and faster service else where. I will never order from this company again, and do not recommend anyone else to do so either.

BOGUS SCAMMING company.1) Tried to charge additional funds to my PP account after placing an order 2) Sent bogus shipping information 3) After contacting them about product not received, they immediately sent anther substandard item 4)upon calling them out on this error on item and providing them with SKU and waybill and pic of received item as requested, they offered a measly compensation, and claimed that warehouse sent product that "aligned" with my order. There is a significant difference. If I could give less star, I would. DON'T FALL PREY TO THIS COMPANY, TOO MANY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES, I wish I had read reviews.

Update….Did finally get my grater after contacting customer service, however it is not what I ordered. This is tiny and very plastics and the grates it came with are different than advertised. It’s like a grater for a child’s kitchen!

My experience is the same as the others. Tracking sent from Sweden and dead ended in Sonoma, then response to my claim sent a tracking from China. Never received. A scam for sure. Bought with PayPal so trying to get my money back.

Didn't get what was paid for and ordered. And there's no return policy. Total scam. Already had what they sent me I was looking to upgrade.

Product not at all like it’s advertised. Awful company to do business with. They also charge you more than what your order confirmation states. I ordered a 5 in 1 food chopper. I received a small tabletop drum grater. I have contacted them 5 times with no response and no refund.

Ordered 2 graters Feb 6th, they were quick to take my money but still have not received my order. Numerous emails but all I get is sorry about your order rest assured that it has been shipped and they provide a tracking number that shows in transit. My order has been in transit for over a month. They do not offer refunds. Buyer be ware…..
