One star because unable to comment without it. Regret not finding these reviews before I ordered. Scammed out of my payment by Preservea. I also waited over a month for delivery. Received the wrong item (same as many of you) and documented with photos of what I ordered versus the cheap item sent to me. Offered to send me 3$. They know what they are doing. Hope these reviews are found before more people are duped into buying from Preservea.

this thing is a real pile of junk!! got it yesterday after a MONTH of waiting for it.
1) suction base was finicky about the surface. i cleaned and dried my counter and it had trouble sticking. I tried shredding a potato with skin on...the same as i do with my food processor. The skins got caught in the shredder blade and i had to clean it several times. the handle kept falling off even though the slide latch was on?
haven't tried the other blades yet. not happy about how cheaply made it is. worried it wont survive under normal use conditions. guess i will stick with my food processor shredding tools.

I have already gone back and forth with the shipping company and now with the company. Tracking # states it was delivered. I contacted my post office, the tracking number and the shipping address DO NOT match. The company continues to state it was delivered. NO KIDDING! TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! I cannot provide documentation. According to the Post Office it is a privacy thing (I can understand). THIS IS A BIG SCAM! AND Their website says shipped from the US! YEAH, RIGHT! Tracking says otherwise. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

OMG. Ordered February 17. After many emails concerning tracking, it supposedly showed up in Topeka! After languishing there with no movement, I demanded a refund. Their response? It was refunded. Then...surprise! Showed up yesterday. Wrong one. Only 3 grater attachments, etc. What a hoax. I just sent them pictures of it. Stay tuned. But don't buy!!

Never got package—-also given false information about tracking. On top of that they claimed it was Post Office’s responsibility to find the package.

Big time scam!! Never received item, asked why and they said they were reshipping it…never received but suddenly tracking went from stuck in Colorado for a month to my mailbox in Indiana. Never recieved… ended up, reporting it to my credit card company and issuing a new card per my local post office recommendation

Biggest Scammers!!! Beware!!!!! They do not honour their commitment to the customer. I ordered 2 of the 5 in 1 cheese grater for $67 USD, and was sent a cheap ($5 USD) tabletop grater instead. They offered to refund $7 USD even though it was their scam. Please share this far and wide.

Do NOT order from preservea.com! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! It took almost 1-1/2 months to receive the package from them. When it did come, the boxes were all scrunched up and looked like they had gotten wet at some point. And the products they sent were not the products advertised! Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! When I contacted customer service, they wanted me to send pictures of what I ordered, so I did. Then they said that their warehouse determined that the pictures “aligned” with what I ordered. FALSE! Anybody in their right mind could see the difference. And then they offered to refund me $5, when I paid $53! When I responded that that was unacceptable, they said they could refund $11. SERIOUSLY?!

Well me too got scammed , this is a fraud website. Today is March 27th. ordered a rotary grater in aquamarine….. On Feb 2, 2025. Gave me tracking number only to tell me my first number was wrong creek ago ? Called usps said tracking number shows wrong address. Can’t give me any more info. Only says it was delivered to a mailbox in my town. The usps agent said , that does not mean it’s been delivered. Said I should reach out to preservea. Reached out to preservea - no response. Have been emailing like cat and mouse for three weeks. The tracking this past month showed ~ Spain to China to Norman, Oklahoma then somwhere hanging around Chicago for 5 days.?? I live in western NY. They kept telling me sorry it’s coming. Got enticed on Facebook or instagram then ordered mistake. This rotary grater in website says ships from
Atlanta Georgia ? They told me they have warehouses all over the world. So why originate in Spain? Lesson learned. This is fraudulent hope DOGE takes them down.😠 Deplorable!

NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS…….Order 5-1 cheese grader…never received it…tracking said it was in Gander Newfoundland….then no more contact…..i live in Ontario Canada…contact them, they said they would send out another one…received it…IT WAS A CHEAP Cheese Grader, 3 different graders….they offer me $6 then $10.. nothing to what I paid….SCAMMERS….never again…

What a scam!! I bought 2 - 5in 1 graters after almost 3 months I received 2 pieces of crap that are no where near what I ordered, contacted customer service and sent pictures, they offered me $5 I said no, now they have come back and asked if $10 would be acceptable, I told them the only acceptable solution is to refund the full price I paid since I did not receive the product I ordered. What a scam!! I will find every site I can and leave bad reviews.

I ordered two cheese graters. It took two months and then ended up somewhere in Kansas where the tracking ended. When I contacted them, they said they would send out another. Two weeks later I received it from California but it was not the correct grater- this one is essentially a plastic toy with a little pop off handle. When I complained that it was not the right one, they told me it was the original order and offered me $11. I told them it wasn't good enough and they offered $16. That is still not good enough, I want the correct grater or a full refund . The graters I received aren't even on their website and I have all the documentation that the item I purchased was different but they are insistent I got something else. We'll see how this plays out.

Wish I had researched this company before purchase. I ordered two 5 in 1 slicers which company claims were delivered, customer service kept providing tracking numbers but my daily email from USPS never had this tracking number and company told me I had to get money back from shipping company! I disputed the charge, which was MORE than the original order price, I might add. HORRIBLE COMPANY and clearly a SCAM.

If I could rate a 0 I would. DO NOT buy. Never got the item. Cheese grater.
Customer Service gave me a tracking number then another tracking number and then another tracking number three tracking numbers. The last one was a tracking number through the Postal Service, but it was for another address a completely different item going to a different address. They give you the runaround and never resolved the issue You will never receive your package don’t waste your money.

The customer service is absolutely terrible! I waited almost 2 months to get my slicer, I am finally notified my product was delivered,but I never got it. After multiple contacts with customer service they said there is nothing they can do because tracking says it was delivered. Their website says they promise to deliver, if you don't get your product, they will send another one. I am extremely disappointed and feel like this website is a scam!! Buyer beware! When I purchased my item, my credit card was charged more than the total was supposed to be. I reached out about that the very next day and they wouldn't fix that either! What a SCAM!

Arrived neatly packaged and was easy to handle without any mess. Quality seems pretty decent—coir expands fully when soaked and provides good aeration for my plants. Lightweight and compact brick design makes storing convenient. Overall satisfied by its practicality, fair pricing and very useful for gardening tasks at home.

Grabbed this at a good price and found it handy for daily kitchen cleaning, effective when used wet or dry.

I just finally got an email back and offered me 5 USD and I could keep the product. I paid 28!!!; wow!! Never again. But I forgot about the email they sent after I had sent a pic of the product and the waybill. It said that the product was sent to me. Duh. How could I take a pic not even a phone number

Received these neatly packaged in minimal, eco-friendly materials without excess waste. Impressed by their practical design and sturdy build, making daily cleanup less messy than before. Material feels durable and holds up reasonably well after numerous uses, definitely better performance than similar products Ive tried previously. Overall satisfied with the quality.

I wish I saw these reviews before I wasted my money and time. If I could give a -100 I would. The video and ad shows a high quality item but what I received was far from high quality. It’s cheaply made with cheap plastic. The drums came bent and plastic around the metal on the drums could easily come off into your food. Then when you try to request a return for not being what you ordered they want to just give you a little money back and not a full refund. My items were defective and it states in the return policy that it could be returned and now they are trying not to give me my refund and allow me to return them.
