Gainz meal preps the way to go….
Firstly, the customer service when ordering and receiving the meals is amazing! Any questions or queries are answered quickly which made me feel valued when purchasing meals from this company. Onto the delivery process- this is very positive and not much more to add on this part except from that delivery is fast and reliable. Next the meal quality- the meals are very good quality and extremely tasty, the even better thing is that they have all of the foods that you need in your diet inside them and all you need to do is warm them up! No hassle at all, so easy and time efficient!! Overall I would 100% recommend Prep By Gainz for your meal preps!

Tasty food low calories and high protein. Very good for a busy working mum with a business. Also you can walk down to the gym to get a meal from the fridge if you live locally which is always helpful. Pretty much tried everything and the Mac and cheese is still my favourite.

Excellent Meal Prep Service
Excellent Meal Prep Service –
Highly Recommend!
I’ve tried several meal prep companies, and this one stands out as the absolute best! The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and perfectly portioned. The variety of meals keeps things exciting, with options that cater to different dietary needs.
The convenience is unbeatable. Everything arrives neatly packaged, ready to heat and enjoy, making it a lifesaver for busy days.
Plus, the ingredients are high quality, and you can really taste the difference compared to other services I’ve tried.
Customer service has also improved in my experience as they are more responsive, accommodating, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction.
If you’re looking for a reliable meal prep company that delivers on taste, nutrition, and convenience, this is the one to choose.
Long time serving customers and will remain that way.
Highly recommend
