First time documentation uploaded it didn't work. It wouldnt work at all on android. After uploaded work the feedback on the process was very poor. I.e. random messages asking for more evidences without explanation. Then once done random letters with different payment schedules. Very poor all round.

Complete pain in the ass. Takes ages to process documents. Don’t know why insurance companies have to go through a 3rd party app to do direct debit? Stealing our data as well I’m sure 👍🏻

People of a certin age
For people of a certing age you must provide another form of communication.
I can and did manage the app plus download. But honestly please be aware of customers that need another form to use your facility.

I am giving two stars because the process was very frustrating. Several different agents asked me to send the same documents in multiple emails, which caused a lot of unnecessary confusion and wasted a lot of my time. It was a very stressful experience. I hope the communication between your team can be improved to avoid this happening to other customers.
