There was one piece of documentation needed. I received lots of reminders but none of the links worked. I downloaded the app and this no longer worked either. I eventually rang the office and received great service and everything sorted.

It's so easy to upload any info they need. They tell you exactly what's needed.Only thing is if you receive an email or message to upload info & you cant at that time the code expires.

Can't access my account with the access code provided. The access is invalid or has been expire. At least I should be notify, if there is going to be any changes or new developments concerning my account that the access code has been changed or wil be provided another one

PPS Proof
It was extreamly hard to find somtjong with my PPS number on it. Medical cards and GP cards no longer show your PPS number on it so it was extreamly difficult to sort that part out but thr rest was fine. Just maybe change your website as you cant use GP card or Medical card as proof of PPS. Kind regards

It is becoming very hard to produce info like proof of address and proof of PPSN number as everything is online and hard to access or find something up to date enough, you need to have a simpler process of identifying someone. E.g. passport details?

Everything was dragged out. It felt like you were looking at each document separately and requesting new things all all the time. The whole process took more than a month and I got into trouble with my policy for chill insurance. Not good enough.

First time documentation uploaded it…
First time documentation uploaded it didn't work. It wouldnt work at all on android. After uploaded work the feedback on the process was very poor. I.e. random messages asking for more evidences without explanation. Then once done random letters with different payment schedules. Very poor all round.
