Documents upload
Requested documents were uploaded via the app, and all seemed fine, until we got a letter a month or more later from our insurer to say that our coverage was being cancelled because not all documents were uploaded.
We called our insurer who discovered the requested documents had actually been uploaded and that no further action was required.
Unsure if fault with insurer, or PremiumCredit, but the process needs improvement to avoid this scenario.
