Above the market standard for cost with an app which falls drastically below the market standard.
A frustrating digital experience. However this is now the only finance partner offered by my insurer.
Used due to necessity rather than choice.

easy to do, however when is missing some data, the result is not that quick, I prefer to talk to human rather than a machine.
