Overall the Survey and installation of the walk-in shower and new bathroom on 6 Feb 25 were excellent, the fitters Festim and Nick worked tirelessly over the four days and always on time if not early. End result is a lovely newly fitted shower and bathroom. Unfortunately a faulty bathroom ceiling light has spoilt this whole experience, the follow up Customer Service is awful, 2 x website messages, 3 x direct emails and 1 x Customer Service phone call (promising a following day call back) has resulted in nothing. When you spend £15,572 with a company you expect a better Customer Care Service afterwards which has resulted in a drop to 4 and not 5 🌟 and being very disappointed with this Company.

Work all done on time, looks great. Neil and his team were so good, and we are delighted with the new wet room.

John the fitter worked so hard even refusing tea and refreshments, very professional courteous and polite. Cleaned up once finish hoovering up dust etc

November 2024. After 4 days of installation the tap was installed wonky with scratches around the base. There was a very sticky residue left on the new window sill that we were left to deal with ourselves. On the very first day of use only scolding hot water came from the tap. This was corrected by the installer within 24 hours. He said the washers were rubbish which was a very disappointing comment as the shower tap was brand new? Now after only 9 months the shower pump is not working. Also, we are senior citizens and we were left to deal with the leftover wall panels that went unused. These are very heavy and difficult things to move around. We will put a call in Monday 1st September 2025 about the pump that has a 3 year warranty.

Premier Care cannot be faulted. The whole experience has been 100%, from the daily update customer service calls from Amy, to the amazing fitting of the bathroom by Mike. If I could give more than five stars I would. I was consulted all the way through, and everything was explained to me. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and to a very high standard. My experience with premier care is mostly great. End result is beautiful. The salesmen, the team on the phone that help you, and all the fitters were so friendly, helpful and professional.

Not everything went well but Matt especially got the problems dealt with and was always easy to contact.

The Project manager was our only unpleasant experience.
During our project he was very hard to contact, very poor at returning calls and not helpful at all.
One job that ws promised didn't get completed because of his mistake and we were offered a small discount as a goodwill gesture. We would have preferred the job that was promised though!

What a great team from Matt in the office organising everything to the work team fitting what great bunch of people. They all made the experience pain free they are brilliant great customer service and lovely people. Thank you all so much

Amy Gillian was fantastic, she kept me up to date on all that Ashley was doing, speaking of which,Ashley, fitter did a fantastic job, I have nothing but praise go the both of them… No Worries….

From start to finish of installation premier bathing were brilliant. Their customer service lady Eve phoned everyday of the installation to make sure everything was OK, she was so helpful. I can not praise the fitter enough. Ashley was very hard working and a perfectionist. The professionalism and experience of all I encountered was beyond expectation. I am thrilled with my new bathroom.

Mobility walk in Shower installed by Premier Care. We were extremely pleased with Craig for the initial design and Scott for the installation. The fitter Scott was excellent from start to finish. He consulted and advised us from start to finish on height of fittings etc. We would certainly recommend him. Thank you to Scott and Craig for a stress free installation.

Was very pleased with the results of Bath taken out and shower put in its place. Carl the fitter was very good.

Nigel was friendly and cheerful. He got on with the job at hand and was good at what he did the result a great looking and functional bathroom that any one would be proud of. All in all a great experience

The fitter was punctual, polite and very hardworking. The quality of his work was outstanding.

I was impressed with how attentive the company was from when I first contacted them to when the job was completed. They also arranged for the waste to be collected very quickly after the job was finished. The shower is lovely.
Mike the fitter did a wonderful job. He worked non stop and went to a lot of trouble making sure that everything was just right for me. He always left everything clean and tidy each evening . He is a great asset to your company.

MobilityPlus were engaged to replace a bath with a walk-in shower. They provided a good service from initial visit through to arranging for Graham Tier to come & install the new shower.
Graham did a great job over the 3 days he was here. He worked hard & took great care of the property, ensuring that he left the room immaculately clean at all times, & always ensuring he was explaining what was being done at each stage & that I was happy with everything & also involved in any decisions to be made along the way. Due to some incorrect estimates of measurements during the installation survey, Graham had to make some alterations / improvise along the way but he fully consulted me on these & made sure that the end results was fully satisfactory.

We are so happy with our new shower. It has certainly made life easier. Keith did a 1st rate job of fitting our shower and cubicle. He was very friendly and kept us informed along the way. Thank you so much.
