Great software
I've been using the software for over a year and it really is a fantastic tool if you want to stay on top of your social media accounts and send regular updates. It generates amazing and unique content using AI. During that year I've seen the software improve a lot so it is obvious the developers take their users' feedback onboard and work with it. There are always new updates, improvements. Support has been wonderful. They get back to you promptly and they even organise 1 on 1 meeting with you if you're having trouble so you are never alone. Highly recommended.

Best at Content Generation
I was a trial user for Predis.ai and have seen this platform grow into what it is today. Though I feel the new pricing system needs some tweaking, Predis.ai is one of the best content generators on the market for my business.

I had some problems with my browser and the connection to the facebook account, but the costumer service helped me right away and everything is working now.

I had a charge dispute issue and was…
I had a charge dispute issue and was able to work it out with their help team quickly, they responded very fast and professionally. Moreover, their AI is quite impressive, whether they use their own or tap into another AI is unknown to me, either way, their software was easy to use and delivered as advertised…my business was not able to use their services and decided to go in a different direction, but should we need AI tools in the future, I will look into Predis again. Thanks!

Vivek is the best!
I have had a great experience with Predis overall. When I did have an issue, I was able to get on a same-day chat with Vivek who was extremely helpful and got things back on track for me. Predis allows me to handle social media without spending hours every week designing on my own. It's made a huge difference and the customer service really is spectacular.

Great tool for ads and videos
This is the only tool I am using for all my ads and videos. Gets everything done quickly, also shoutout to their support team, got my doubts cleared quickly.

Free Trial End and Changing of Plan
I needed to change my original plan type before the free trial ended. The trial ended in the morning of the specified day when I thought I had till EOD. Customer service (Vivek Ojha) was great and helped me edit the plan with no payment repercussions.
