We provide minibus and coach hire all across the UK offering a large range of vehicles from 8 -72 seats. We cover Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bradford, London, Bristol, Gloucester, Cardiff, Birmingham. Whether it's for a small group for a birthday meal or a multi day tour (UK/Europe) we have experience in everything. We also accept school contracts and can provide all risk assessment details and insurance documents. I have a mini bus booked for 16th May and have been trying to contact the office with no luck.
Due to COVID 19 I assume that the booking is cancelled , however without any communication or email not sure how to proceed........
I have cancelled my service due to covid-19 and been confirmed I will not be entitled to my refund. Due to the circumstances I think a refund should be acceptable! I do not wish to change my journey plans to another date. I have tried to contact lucy and no response hopefully you will receive better luck with this company than I did.

Your statement "confirmed I will not be entitled to my refund", we both know that is a completely incorrect false statement. Not one customer has been denied a refund at all. We are extremely overwhelmed with cancellations and refund requests due to Covid19 and due to the lack of staff being able to work now we are struggling to keep on top of all requests and are trying to catch up. I have looked through all bookings and I am unable to find anything under your name. Can you please email us your cancellation request with the name it was booked under?
For all other customers of Precise Travel, please email your cancellation requests and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Some requests are for date changes and some are for cancellations, all requests must be emailed and we are going through them as quickly as possible.
We understand Covid19 has brought a lot of stress to many households but please understand we are people too with our own families and we are trying our best. We will get round to everyone but this cannot be done immediately. All bookings during the government lockdown cannot go ahead. Should your date pass and you have not yet received an email response, please do not panic, we will get round to EVERYONE. All bookings that do not go ahead automatically log as credit so your money is not lost, then we will ask you your preference of a date change or a refund.

Your driver was 6 minutes late for the return journey, not 1 hour. Your pick up time was at 06.00am of which we were on time. Your return journey was booked for 20.00pm however a woman from your group rang us at around 18.45pm saying she wanted the driver to come 1 hour earlier for the return pick up as your event had finished earlier than expected. Of course times cannot be change on the day like this as we have other bookings. We tried our best to see if we could get the driver to you any earlier but unfortunately we were unable to at such short notice hence having to stick to the time you booked of 20.00pm, admittedly we were 6 minutes late arriving at 20.06pm. I would advise when booking transport in future if you are uncertain of your return time it may be beneficial to book a day hire rather than a return journey so that your driver would be on standby for your return so you have more flexibility of times rather than having to wait for the specific time you've booked

Hi i booked a minibus through this company and i have to say i found the service excellent Lucie the girl i booked through was really helpful and friendly also both journeys to my destination and the return did go exactly as planned the driver Stevie was brilliant too i will definitely be using this company more often thanks again
