My Daughter was let down last minute for her return journey from Manchester Airport to Liversedge
It was last minute booking, as she was let down by another company.

Ali and his team were so good. They booked us in. Booking process was straight forward. Staff was very friendly and polite. Car was nice and clean. Driver was friendly. The return flight was delayed but they monitored it and upon our arrival, Driver was waiting inside Terminal for her with a smile. Helped with luggage and offered water. Everything was just spot on. We would definitely use Epic Travels and recommend to everyone.

We used Epic Travels for a return airport transfer to Manchester Airport for a family trip to Prague, and from start to finish the experience was excellent.

Booking through the website was straightforward, and Sam responded almost immediately on WhatsApp to confirm the details. She even called us personally via WhatsApp to go through the booking and make sure everything was right, that kind of attention from the off really set the tone. On the day, Ali (the owner) arrived exactly on time in a spotless, comfortable minibus with plenty of room for the four of us and all our luggage.

The return journey was just as smooth. Our EasyJet flight was delayed by an hour and Ali was already on top of it, monitoring the flight and keeping us updated throughout. When we landed he was already inside Terminal 2 waiting for us at Starbucks in arrivals, no hunting for a taxi rank or making our way to a pickup point, he personally walked us straight out to the minibus which was parked just outside the terminal doors. A really nice touch.

Friendly, professional, punctual and great value. We'll definitely be using Epic Travels again.

Massive shout out for small local businesses

Efficient, polite, really helpful, very punctual, had a comfy car seat for the baby. Ali even gave us coins for our airport trollies when he dropped us off at departures. We would highly recommend his taxi service!

We booked epic travels for our return to Manchester airport for a long haul trip.

From initial contact to final drop off the service was explemary.

Quote was done online and talked through in detail on phone which is good as you want confidence that the driver will turn up. Many online providers had no phone number

Pick up was smooth and Ali patiently waited 30 mins whilst we got the kids and luggage out and locked down the house

On the return leg, we were delayed and had 2 lost bags so it took nearly 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time to get the car. Ali again waited patiently and didn't add stress on top of the situation. He paid for the extra parking and didn't ask us to cover it. And he even came into the terminal to help us get the luggage to the car.

Overall very satisfied with the experience and will definitely book again for our next airport trip.
