The customer service that Precious Soles provides is second to none. It's not only the original sale either. There is the follow up service that they offer. I've been back a couple of times about some shoes which I bought from them to get some follow up modifications and advice and the staff simply could not be more helpful. Plus they offer a twice yearly refresh service where you can take your footwear back to be "serviced" Marvellous!

Helpful in every way, Kirsty is obviously someone who knows a great deal about shoes, feet and people. She was kind, articulate and empathetic when both my wife and myself had any questions about the fit and maintenance of my new shoes. And she introduced us to Injinji socks. What a find!

Excellent service - as always!

Visited precious soles for the first time today having been recommended to them by a chiropodist. It was such a treat to get the personal touch. The lady that served me was friendly and professional with a good knowledge about shoe fitting. She spent ages measuring my feet and finding the right shoe/trainer for my feet explaining as she went along how a shoe should fit properly. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend

I visited this shop as a result of chronic plantar fasciitis issues, recommended by my doctor. The lady who served me was very professional and knowledgeable. It is important to make an appointment before you go. I came away with a pair of boots and a pair of trainers. Whilst they are quite expensive by my normal standards, feet at last feel well supported and comfortable.
