Antonia was excellent at guiding us which shoes suited each of my children. She looked at the way they walked, recommend shoes that supported in the right way (especially for hypermobility etc) and really checked each shoe fitted properly, talking with the children in a clear way, and also checked with a senior colleague about the right fit for Velcro straps. Thank you SO much, we were really struggling with high street shoes. I wish we'd come to Precious Soles years earlier!

As always, great service from the Precious Soles team. They took the time to make sure that the shoes fitted well and supported where needed (both of my children are hypermobile with pronating feet). They also explained the importance of ensuring shoes are tied correctly and the reason why. Definitely worth the 30 mile round trip!

Have used precious soles for many years to fit my daughters shoes. They always take care fitting, ensuring they fit well d will not sell you shoes if they don't fit correctly, giving piece of mind that all is done properly. They are friendly and efficient with a wide range to choose from. Will continue to use them moving forwards.

Always helpful and attentive staff who are very knowledgeable. Shoes are on the expensive side but you get what you pay for and my children always out-grow their school shoes well before they wear out.
