Great experience working with this organisation.

I've had a mixed experience working with them over the past one and a half years. For the first 4 months, they really struggled with invoicing and frequently paid late or got confused about which invoices to pay. That caused a lot of unnecessary headaches and delays on my end.
However, after that initial period, they have improved and are mostly paying on time now, which is a relief.
One recurring issue I have is the amount of unnecessary bureaucracy and paperwork they require. They make me fill out detailed timesheets every month, even though the clients I work with have already approved all the hours. It is a waste of my time.
They've also been very strict about updating my bank account information, requiring far more documentation than I think they're entitled to. This has led to frustrating delays when I've needed to make changes.
Overall, the service has improved from a rocky start, but there's still room for them to streamline their processes and reduce the administrative burden on contractors like myself. I'd rate them as average - not terrible, but not great either.

I have been working with Pracyva for almost 2 years now.. They understand employees concerns and try to solve at their best. So far I have good experience working with them.
